very persistent, would not answer return call

I keep getting calls from 352-642-1713 day and night but I don't answer. It leaves no message and when you call back I get message I am not able to call this number.  It is a pain in the %#@@.  Wish they would stop.

I keep getting a call from 352-642-1713 at all hours.  i have an unlisted number and have had this number for 2 years, this is the first call like this i've gotten.  Curious as to who this is.  Will continue to research this number to figure it out.

I too have been getting calls from this number several times a night.  I finally answered and it was someone asking for me to do a survey about WV public health or something similar.  She implied I had to do the survey or they would continue to call.  When I asked to be taken off the list without doing the survey she replied "Ok, Fine." and hung up on me.  Not sure if it is some kind of scam or not.
