Got a call from an indivdual who had dificulty with the English language.  Yep, call back and provide the secret "code" and you'll get over $5000!

caller says his name is Harry Wilson, You need to call 360-284-4884. from Wahington, D.C. Can't speak english very good Says you have free grant money of $5000.00 because you are a good citizen. Has called back 3 times trying to get me to call and give a codeto the phone number.

I received a call from this number. I wasn't available the left a message. I was from IRS. I searched the number and found out it could be a scam or something. I didn't call back.

I just got a call from this # too, they left a voicemail with a generic message that it was the IRS and this was the last call before filing federal charges.  I called back the # 360-248-4884 and there was no answer, it just rang and rang.

Got a call from this number. Man that spoke poor English left a message saying I needed to call the number because there was a federal lawsuit filed against me. I called the number and the same man answered. When I asked what this was regarding, he told me he needed information. I told him "no, I would like to know what this is about." He stated he was not telling me and hung up

I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER TODAY.  He said his name was officer James.  He said that if I didn't resolve the matter of $1,800.74 with the IRS today that my property, vehicles, bank accounts would be seized and I could possibly do jail time.  I ask him what his last name was and he said "Brown"...James Brown...seriously!  I ask him for his badge number and he gave me a number.  I knew I didn't owe this but was curious to what extent he would go.  He was a foreigner, I could hardly understand him and confronted him that James Brown was an American name and he was clearly not American.  He did have my address and my name correct, not sure how he got that.  He said in order to stop the court order I would need to talk to his senior supervisor, I played along.  His name was Michael Jones when I told him that if he had anything to say to me he needed to mail me a certified letter and I would respond accordingly and informed him that Michael Jones was an American name and he was clearly not American. He went on and ask what type of payment would I like to use to resolve the matter.  I told him to send me the letter and that I was not giving him any information.  He hung up on me.

got a call from this number this afternoon I did not answered as I did not recognize the number. they left a message claiming they were from the IRS and needed to talk to me about a lawsuit filed against me. this call is totally bogus.

Received a recorded call saying they were IRS investigating us.  Called the number back and they answered INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE.  Warning this is not the IRS!!!!!  Do not give them any information!

Incoming call showing 360-339-4799, Olympia, Washington - Got voicemail stating there was a federal lawsuit against me and this was my last warning and i needed to call 360-284-4884.  Called and this man could not speak english said they had tried to mail me at my home and unable to serve me papers.  I had done my tax papers worng for 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 and I could either resolve this now or fight them in court.  I told them I needed to see this in writing and I wasn't going to give them any info.  He started yelling at me and told me to suck his d*@#! and then hung up on me.

I received a call from this number. Left a voice mail stating there is a federal lawsuit against me. This call was to be the last call before proceedings go further. Left a number for me to call back. Deleted as a bs message.
I just got a call from 484-424-6945 that left the same message. Still not responding to the voice mail

I got a call from yhe number 360 284 4884 i missed the call so i call back guy said it was the Irs headquarter. So i ask what the problem is and he said i have a problem with my tax return and it was a final notice and he wanted my social security number. And here im thinking if it  was from the irs and it was final notice i wouldve at least  get one letter from them which i didnt. So whoever get a call from this number dont give any personal information.

It's a SCAM Period

I received two messages on my answering machine from this number. Claiming  they were the IRS. Said there was a law suit against me. I'm sure it's a scam. Not calling then back!
