Just got a call from this # twice! Didn't pick it up...I have no idea

I just a call from them a few minutes ago and my wife got a call from same number last night.

Just got a call from 360-322-6165.  Don't know anyone that lives in Washington.  Didn't answer.

Three calls in rapid order. No single call lasted long enough to even get the ringer going, like the auto dialer called and then immediately hung up.

I verified my phone on hotmail yesterday, anyone else? Maybe this is why?

Got a call from that # this morning on my new phone I've only had two days. I answered it and it is some message scam about answering questions to get a free cruise.. Report them each time they call you to the national do not call list!. Even if your number is not registered with Do Not Call, you can file a complaint because they are calling you unwantedly using a recorded message!

Got a call, didn't answer, no message.... looking thro' notes it appears to be a tele-marketing survey with the chance(probably remote) of winning a cruise - didn't do anything unusal with my phone acct to solicit this call...... time to review 'no-call block' rules again
