constantly calls - this is a form o harassment - make them stop

no response when i answered-

no response when we answered.

Called my home phone at 8:27 PM. Recorded message said to press 1 to refinance my mortgage. I did not press any buttons. After a few more seconds the call disconnected.

ID just says  "incoming call", and the number.  Same as Mike above.  
Message said, push 9 if you have no interest, push 1 to transfer to renegotiate home loan, under civil code 2981.  It even gave a reference number,   7489632.  Anyone else out there get the same reference #?  
I don't have a home loan.  Same old phishing scam,  new phone number.  How can we stop all these calls!?

Received this on my cell phone, voice mail picked up the message in progress:

"...protection drug advocacy group...if you or a loved one has suffered a blood clot, deep vein thrombosis, or a stroke after taking the medication yas, yasmine or ocella(sp?), you may be entitled to compensation. Press 1 now to find out more about how you may be entitled to compensation, or press [x-number] to be removed."

This number just called my cell phone...how do they get the number for a Pre-Paid cell phone?  I never give out this number, in fact, I've never set up the Voice Mail.

Caller ID Says they are from Washington. They did not leave vm. First time I have seen this number

answered and was disconnected immediately

Called my cell-phone. Left a voicemail stating "if you would like financial compensation, press 1; otherwise, press 9 to opt-out." Please stop this failed marketing attempt; nobody is stupid enough to give in. It only makes us all hate you more...

This number keeps calling my and when I answer they hang up, I don't know this number and would like to know how they get my number I never give it out

evidently the no call list is just a joke. am really sick of these calls on my prepaid cell.

they did the same thing to me. I said hello and they hung up on me. why did they call if they didn't want to talk, geese

I called back after declining the call and the recording was saying it was a solicitation opt out number and to press 1 to opt out of further solicitations. and that it usually takes 72 hours to go through.

so i hung up.

First time I've received this call & I'm on the no call list with the Government! People like this need to be stopped! When I report this, nothing changes! I will contact a friend at the White House!

Fortunately, I am using Google Voice, so I am able to block this caller; if they try again, they will hear a recording saying the number is disconnected.
