I am getting repeated phone calls from this number, which shows up on my caller ID with the number, followed by 'BANKCARD SVCS.'  I don't need any services and I don't have outstanding debt.  How do I stop the calls?

I get a few calls a week from these [***]. They are calling about lowering your interest rates....as per the government stimulus.  I have talked to them a couple times and told them to remove my number from their database...their response...they hung up. I have blocked them on my phone. They call from 360-322-6708 and 360-322-6663 and probably numerous others.

yes  I received one today & when they ask for my credit card number, I asked them if they were calling from my credit card company, then she should know my credit card number.  The woman put me on hold and after a minute disconnected.  Sounds like a scam to me

Call identified as "BANKCARD SVCS" (360-322-6708) called me on 10/10/2013 at 2:47 p.m. PT. Recorded voice said this is my "second and final notice" about my credit card, blah blah blah. All [***]. Getting really irritating. If I find out who these [***] are, they're going to be in big trouble.

I have been repeatedly signing up for DO NOT CALL list.  I repeatedly get calls from CC services to give me a final notice, etc.   What to them is FINAL?    I want it to be FINAL.  No more calls from solicitous calls regarding my credit card or telemarketing.    Please Please take note and make it happen.  If our government can go over their debt limit, we are supposed to curtail ours??????   You certainly can't spend more than you take in - that's just a fact and common sense - Why can't Congress get this in their thick heads!!!   The President doesn't take it to heart, as he's spending OUR money!!!

This number calls a few times a week.  Sometimes they leave a recorded message that usually gets cut off...something about final notice and the stimulus...whatever that means, or they just hang up.  Today they hung up.  I believe the other complaints are right, they are trying to pull a scam, get your credit card number and whatever other information they can get.  I've filed several complaints on the do not call registry for this number, but they keep calling.

Same - robocall; no message.  These phone spammers have a wide range of different numbers and locations that they call from.  I have recieved more than four from different numbers, blocked each one, and then continue receiving additional calls from new numbers.  All flagrantly disregarding both federal and state do not call laws.

Same as the rest (2nd and final notice, blah blah blah).  Caller ID shows "Marysville WA".  When the live operator finally got on the line and asked if I had more than $3K in credit card debt, I told him I only wanted to talk to him because I was lonely.  The line went dead immediately.  :O)

Tired of these calls about the "financial stimulus" and "final notice".  I've had at least a dozen final notices.  I blocked one number from Washington state, now getting calls from a different number in Washington state.  Laws must be lax there.

I am having fun with this. the last time they called I told her I forgot where I buried the body. She was speechless!

If you want to stop them you need to stop complaining on this blog and instead put your effort into filing a complaint with the FCC! http://www.fcc.gov/complaints

Have received calls from same company using different #s for the past 7 years. When I request that they stop calling they hang up on me, when I tell them we are on National DNC list they laugh. When I get angry they become abusive and use foul language. One operator called me a b!tch and added "but you sound like you fu#% good!" Have filed reports with FCC and FTC at least 20 times. Calls continue. They could find Hussein and Bin Laden but apparently do not have the will or know how to stop crooks who prey on the poor and elderly. God Bless America!

Two months have gone by since their last barrage, they changed their number again, so they're getting past my block calls. I wish I had a quarter for every time a robo call voice said "...this is your second and final notice..." This one's so stupid, yet people fall for it. Don't answer your phone, people, if you don't recognize the number.

All of a sudden these calls are coming from nowhere!  Wish they would drop off the face of the earth!
I don't need help - your help - with my credit card debt!  Canned voice would be better off at the end of a journey saying 'thank you for choosing.............................airlines'!!!  For heavens sake people - get a life & stop calling ME! and others.....WE will call you IF we need to.  By the way - what is YOUR HOME PHONE NUMBER???????????????
