Deceptive marketing call about "Credit Card Services". Called in violation of the Federal do not call registry. Scum.

Should add that I only stayed on the line to tell them to remove my number from their list, and the jerk hung up on me. Total dirtbags.

Called my elderly father today and scared him.  He thought someone has created $3,000 credit card in his name.  He hung up on them.

this phone number comes back to Cbeyond Communications, LLC - Overall. Their office number is 678 424 2456.  As soon as I mentioned who I was (a Federal Agent) they hung up.

I just received another call from these scum, the 7th one so far just this week alone.  I estimate having received over 200 calls from them in the past 12 months.  Today's call allegedly came from this number, but I have received exactly identical calls from multiple other numbers with the same message.  I have been getting these calls for months, sometimes as many as three in one day from various numbers.  The call always ends with you can press 2, or sometimes 3, to opt out, which I have done almost every time, so this is obviously fake.  I have tried pressing 1 to speak to their operator, but they hang up the moment they realize they do not have a real customer, aka sucker, on the line.  I am on both the federal and state do-not-call lists, I have filed complaints with the FCC and my state's own agency that regulates the do-not-call list, but nothing does any good.  It is obvious that these scum care nothing about the law and that the law is powerless to stop them.

I therefore propose that Congess needs to change the law.  Since these creatures...I will not degrade humanity by referring to them as human...ignore the law and the law is powerless to stop them, I propose a constitutional ammendment that allows us to take chronic offenders like this to court and be stripped of any human rights or protections since they clearly have no place in a civilized society governed by laws.  Then we can hunt them down and permanently rid the planet of them and end this problem once and for all.

Got another call from Card Services.  I have punched the number to be removed from their list numerous times.  Today I answered and talked to Doug.  He wanted to know if I had at least 8 thousand in debt.  I said sure isn't everybody trying to get info from them.  After I found out who & whom was calling, I started yelling at them for calling me again.  He asked if I was married cause he felt sorry for my DH since I sounded like a real B*itch.  Lol I said I am real b*itch in bed too.  I told them they were just a scam outfit.  And then he said well how about giving me your credit card & scv #.  I said sure I'll give my license & SS #'s too if you want.  Then I told him for legal puposes this phone conversation is being recorded and will be used against you in a court of law of need be.  He said prove it, but hung up shortly after.

Card services yet again wanting to lower my interest rate - third phone call TODAY from card services all different numbers, also 971-220-1779 and 360-529-6176 - probably the 100th time it's been my final notice.  I've pressed 3 to be removed, pressed 2 to be removed and pressed 1 to  tell a representative to remove my number and have ALWAYS been immediately hung up on.  I have started reporting every phone call to the DoNotCall website - takes just a few seconds - maybe, just maybe, if they get enough complaints someone will do something about it.

They called me too at 1:15Pm on Monday. Left a message to lower my interest rate on my credit cards but when I called to see who it was they did not answer. Luckily I and my wife are at work at that time. I hope these creeps stop and get sued. Later

Same as everyone else - these [***] keep calling and between my landine, cell & husband's cell, we estimate that we have received more than 200 calls easily.  Every phone is on the DNC and has been for years.

One of the times I spoke to someone who I told that I was on the DNC, he said that my cell was associated with an account that had a credit card with a balance.  Which is hilarious because I NEVER list my cell as a contact number for anything, and secondly - I filed Chapter 7 - I HAVE NO CREDIT CARDS and haven't had any for close to 3 years now.

They are relentless and need to be stopped.

They hang up on you if you request they not call you. And they will continue to call with their recorded messages. They try to sound like it is your credit card company calling.

I have, in the past, filed many complaints with the FCC for the seemingly endless number of violators to the 'Do Not Call Registry”.  Although this has proven to be effective and has prevented specifically identified violators from calling again there will always be more idiots who choose to do so.   I have since applied all of my valid incoming telephone call numbers with ‘special unique’ assigned ring tones and I do not answer any incoming call that activates the ‘standard’ ring tone.  With the ‘special’ ring tones the desired calls can be easily identified from a distance and even before looking at the callerid!  One needs not be interrupted from daily activities by having to rush to answer an undesired and intrusive phone call.   I advise facilitating this logical ‘solution’.  It is very easy, takes only a few minutes and it will solve nearly all of the problems by immediately identifying the intrusives.  Unfortunately, as with all technologies, the uniquely and specially assigned identifying ring tones don’t activate 100% of the time because nothing is completely accurate (in rare instances ‘desired’ calls may activate the ‘standard’ ring tone) but since I took this course of action many months ago I have discovered that it performs as designed about 95-98% of the time.  I understand that we are all aggravated by the inconsiderate idiots who push their products and services or attempt to obtain money or our personal information when it is our desire and our right to be left alone.  We pay for the use of our phones and these other ignorant a$$holes have no right to take advantage of them.  I have chosen to live by the philosophy “ignore the ignorant”.  It is up to all of us to personally take actions to ensure that our own rights are protected because others are focused entirely on themselves and their desires for personal gain.  If no one chose to answer (yes, we have a choice) these intrusively ignorant phone calls all of the efforts of those undesirables would be in vain.  Please take a few minutes to give this identification method a try … if you do not feel that it helps then you can always reconfigure the phone numbers back to their original specifications.  I sincerely hope that this “solution” helps.  It has proven to work for me!

The DNC Registry is for crap! 70% of my phone calls every month are from scammers or phone bots! I now leave my phone ringers off all the time. If someone really needs to talk to me about anything legitimate, they will leave a message. Fortunately, I have no family members that would need me immediately. The scammers and phone bots never leave a message!

Several times have received this same recorded message offering to lower interest rates on credit card  and then a "live" person comes on the line to which I tell him I am on the Do Not Call list and once he YELLED into the phone he needed my credit card number, and once again I tell him I am on the do not call list and to take me off their list he YELL again in order to do so they need my credit card number, to which I hang up. They have called repeatedley and it will come up as different phone number on the Caller ID but same exact recording!! I have filed complaints with the Do Not Call registry but don't think it has been handled

This is a recurrent call.  This time they said it would be the last time I would be notified of how to lower all my credit card interest to 6%.  However, the tone of the call was very disturbing and insistent.  I declined an offer to talk to a "friendly representative."

If you can enter your phone number for removal then Enter your local FBI office or some homeland security emergency number.  The white house is 202-456-1414.  Let them call those guys 10x a day.

These callers are  SCAMS. They call all the time. DO not give them any information and you CAN BLOCK them if you have that setting.  Here are the numbers that I found to be SCAMMERS!!!! I am keeping a log and will be posting them each time they call!
