Caller ID showed "Financial Ctr".  I picked up the phone but did not speak.  After 2 minutes, they hung up on me.

Just received a call from this number. No message left on my machine.  Called them back and they would not accept calls from a blocked number and requested to turn off the call blocking feature on my phone and call back later.  Scam!!!

Got the call today and I didn't answer, I just hung up on them.  If you're secretive enough to hide your true identity on the caller ID then I don't and won't pick up the call. Besides that, we often get these calls from the 360 area code and they're always seem to be these telemarketing scams.

These are scam artists that are robo calling.  I picked up the phone and a message played that they were calling with a "very important message regarding my credit card".  They said "if you have at least $3000 in debt and one credit card in good standing, they can lower my interest rate to 6.5%".  I stayed on the line to talk to them and the call disconnected.  I get these calls all the time and wish there was a way to make them stop.

This is an active scam that is calling everyone right now. They're out to get your credit card information so they can charge your account. NEVER, EVER give ANY kind of information to ANYONE who calls you like this. If they were legit, they would already have your information! Tell everyone you know to watch out for this scam.

Got call fromthis number. We are on no call list. Will report to the Attorney General's office on next call.

2:49pm 4JUN2012 got call from 360-474-3983 on my non-published landline that is registered on the FTC 'Do-Not-Call' list. Caller ID displayed 'FINANCIAL CTR'. No voice message left on answering machine. SOP at this house is to let all calls go to answering machine. We can choose to return calls to only those who leave a proper voice message. see internet searhces below:

Came up as Arlington, WA.  No message left.  We're on Do Not Call Registry...like that makes any difference, but whatever.

These people keep calling about credit card services.  It is differet number each time but the same recorded message.  They will not take scram for an answer.  So, I just stay on the line until the recording is over and see how much of thier time I can waste before they hang up on me.

Like most I'm on the do not call list. Have received repeated call from this number. They claim they want to help you lower your credit car bills if you owe more than 10K. I have repeatedly told them not to call me but they keep calling!

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They are a public utility who's business involves facilitating telemarketing calls, a possible violation of 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.
