Yep. Not sure who it is, but they need to stop calling.

This number always calls my phone not sure who it is

I called this phone number back and an automated message came on stating that it was a marketing company and proceeded to tell me that if I do not want to be contacted by this company to dial "1". So I did. Call ended. They called twice and left no message. I knew it wasn't important.

Just go a call from them.  I answered and he said "This is James from Family Protection.  How are you today?"  I told him he had the wrong number and hung up.

I like your response to the caller...:)  I got a call from this # too, but I didn't answer it, instead I did this search here to find out who it was & then I logged his name in my cell phone, so that when & if this caller calls again, it will identity who it is the next time. I did this by going to Missed Calls & then Options....then Details...then the # came up & I clicked OK & typed in "JamesFamilyProtection" (no spaces between to make it fit)

Received phone call, I did not answer because I did not recognize #. Olympia, WA area code, I have not been there since 2000.

Annoying, numerous calls. Please stop!

After getting several calls from this number, asking them to stop calling, telling them that I am on the Do Not Call list, I guess they don't care. They keep calling so I registered a complaint on the DNC site. I am beginning to think the DNC list is a joke. What is the point?

This  number has called me 3 times in the last 2 hrs. They need to stop calling me now. They dont even leave a message

Those of you on the "Do Not Call" list who keep getting calls from these ridiculous people . . . these are "robo-calls."  A computer just dials numbers in sequence until they get someone to answer.  For example, 555.556.1234 doesn't answer so the computer dials 555.556.1235 and so on . . . like in the movie War Games.  If you don't recognize a number, don't answer it.  Look it up here.  If it's spam, save it in your contacts as spam (number them: Spam1, Spam2, etc.).  Then, when one of these numbers calls you again, it shows up as Spam and you just click your ignore button.

Just got a call from this number . My number is on the national Do Not Call List for over 30 days. There should be a law against repeated nuisance calls :-).

I got the identical message, "This is James from Family Protection, how are you today?"

I have been called 3x today by this number. The third time I got mad, I had already read this page, and answered. It WAS a computer program. The recording is by "James" but it is a recording that waits for specific answers. I was able to figure that out by my comments being "blown off" in a way that a human doesn't. They wanted to put a sign in my yard in exchange for a home security system. They will not be calling anymore because I told them I don't have a home. I think this is a SCAM to get address and possibly case out homes.

This message is to clear the air. FRONT LINE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE CALLS WE ARE IN FLORIDA and we are a sprinkler and fire for commercial building and have nothing to do with alarms. We would appreciate it if we would not receive any more calls based from the previous post on July 13 from some idiot or possible competitor. I do apologize for all of your inconvience but we are not the source of these problems. Thank you for your understanding and hopefully the calls do stop.

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They are a public utility who's business involves facilitating illegal telemarketing calls in apparent violation of 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.
