A man named Benjamin called, he was rude!  He laughed and told me that my world is crashing down, and I am scared, he laughed again, and Hung up.  I called him back, to see what he wanted, he continued on with his extreme hostile manner. I do not know who he works for. If this person calls, I advice you not to deal with him.

google the number, find out who he works for and report his ass!!!

This man is so rude and wont let anyone else on the phone. I have been dealing with him for a year I thought he went away but now he is back like a wart on the a#@!!!!

There main office is in Hillsboro but this is where they are at in Vancouver.

I recieved a phone call on 1-19-2012 at the time of 8:44am. I am a Portland Resident. The man on the phone called me at my work three times before calling my cell and was very threatening. He would not tell me what agency he worked for, only stated THIS IS COLLECTIONS!

quote "My question is, are you going to pay us or not? We know who you are, and where you work Mr. (insert last name). This is a slam dunk. You're either going to pay or not."

I asked for info but the jerk just told me to call the company that was claiming I owed them and deal with it there. Also the bill was exactly 365 dollars higher than what I owed (I have a paper statement for 865), and that strikes me as odd.
