This phone number has been calling me 3-4 times daily, including early mornings on weekends and sometimes later in the evenings during the week. They never leave a message so I don't know who it is.

I have been getting these calls almost every day for the past week. from 360-587-4607.
I don't answer unknown numbers and the caller doesn't even leave a message.
Anyone have an idea who is this caller?

It is T-Mobile.  They are reminding you that your bill is past due and wondering if you would like to make a payment.

Do you all have t-mobile cell phones? I just got the call too, called the number back and it is t-mobile!

Answer it and Pay your T-Mobil bill

if it's t-mobile then why won't they leave a message.  It's a common curtiousy when someone calls especially when it's a call to your cell phone.

Block the son of a [***]. With the technology phone companies advise in their tv and internet ads, they should certainly BY NOW, be very capable to utilize technology to block habitual hang up calls and unwanted phone numbers that harass consumers. BUT, they basically don't. The best companies like ATT and Comcast can do is allow a limited number of caller IDs that the consumer has to enter to block. Once the typical limit of 25 unwanted numbers has been applied to the blocked caller list, you have to remove numbers in order to add more harassing call numbers. The FCC "Do Not Call List" is a complete joke and feable excuse for not being able to address this widespread issue. In the meantime, just block the low life spamming POS.
