calls no id from caller

no id. when i return call says number disconnected.

They hung up when I answered. Caller id was the phone number

Rec'd a call this morning from this number.  Called our business line.  No phone id.  When I answered no one on the other line.  Called back and recording states the number is disconnected.

Caller ID says Silverdale WA.

Got a call from this number. Picked up and they hung up right away. I called it back and all I got was a busy tone.

they did that to me too... is really annoying as they are doing this almost every day!

They hung up after 3 rings.

Even I got a call from this number from past 3 days.. they hung up when I answered as well..
What is the pupose of calling and hung up.. it's diverting our jobs during daytime...

The reason that no one is on the other end is that they want to know approximately what time a human voice answers, so that the NEXT time they call, they can have one of their [***] low lifes ready to scam you out of money. There is NO WAY to stop them, the Attorney General won't do it, the phone company DOES NOT CARE, and the scamster has hundreds of phone numbers, use one for 2 weeks, and then switch to the next number in sequence, for example, 2 weeks from now it will be 9041. CALL YOUR CONGRESSMAN and tie up their lines everytime you get a scam phone call, see how they like it.

I refuse to answer any id number that is unavailable or not properly displayed.  I am regestered with the "do not call" program and I give the companies I DO bussiness one call,  if they continue to solicit I no longer do business with them.  Suprise!  They got the message.

Just received a call from this number also.  I didn't answer because the caller id did not identify the caller name..only provided the phone number.

Have gotten a few calls from this number...Don't recognize so I don't answer

I've gotten two calls from this number today, I didn't answer either of them. They ledft voiemails each time. The first one was 6 seconds and I heard a beed, and then someone hang up. The second one was 10 seconds long, I heard the same beep, someone said hello, waited, and then hung up. I barely ever get calls from numbers I don't know, but this is just plain annoying. Thanks for the help with the previous comments though. I was going to call it until I read them.

very frustrating... my husband is ill and cannot sleep and they keep calling but never say why

I'm getting these phone calls too.  Finally got wise and set phone to no ring for this number.  How can I pick up if it doesn't ring?  LOL

They called me looking to collect a debt on a 2007 Corolla. We just moved here so I'm guessing they were looking for the person that had our home number previously.
