We got a message from this number that said the IRS going to file a claim against us and to please call
360-262-6451.. The original call from Buckley, Washington

I just received the same call from 360-761-1155 with the IRS claim.

just got the same call saying they were IRS and are filing a claim against us

I just got a call from that number and they wont supply me with anything on paper.  Is this a hoax

Received message at work stating the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me.  My work number is not on any of my tax documentation.  Called back, no answer.

This # called twice and said "we r calling regarding the lawsuit against u" when we called back, it's just kept ringing then 2 minutes later got a call from 323 7447016. Someone with a VERY strong Middle Eastern accent said he was calling about  the "grant" we were waiting on...fyi we are NOT waiting on any grant. It COULD be a coincidence but I don't think so @ 8 something in the morning and less than 2 minutes after we called that #!

of coarse it is.....I just got same call.  I told the I worked for the irs and my husband was an irs tax attorney ( I lied) and they hung up...lol the ors ALWAYSSSSS send you a letter in the mail. You'll never get a phone call or email! Never!!!!!

Received a call on my work phone (unlisted in a secure facility) stating that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and I need to call this number for info.  It was obviously a scam call since I believe any IRS agent would actually know how to speak English.  Would love to see HUGE penalties against idiots who orchestrate these scam calls.

This call is clearly a scam.  The IRS does not have my work information.  I heard about this scam on TV.  They have bilked many elderly out of thousands of dollars.  Those responding here have sense enough not to believe them.  Those more isolated are easliy taken in.  Warn those you know of this scam.

Received phone call 03-26-2015-Out of Area. Person left message to give them a call back at this number for a lawsuit has been filed against you by the IRS.  Call this number for additional information.

I had heard this before from a co-worker.  Complete scam. Do not even try to call back.
