A woman said I was approved for $7000 in grant money that I didn't have to repay.  When she asked if I could go to Western Union I hung up.

I got a voicemail saying i was approved for $7000 the guy then explained i would have to pay a security deposit of 210$ and kept asking me when can i get the money and whats the closest western union he told me i can get the money in fifteen minutes he would let me know the control numbers

i keep getting a call from this number and not answering but they are leaving an automated voicemail that just repeats the phone number and says i can call back at anytime. annoing!

I also received this call, and almost fell for it because I am a graduate student who has applied for Federal grants. If you were a victim of this fraud, please go to ic3.gov and report it. Even if they did not actually scam you or get your money, please report it so they will be stopped!!!

wow! you got a deal, they wanted a deposit of $250. It was that extra $40 that made me hang up.

called saying IRS was filing a lawsuit. LOL what a [***] scam

A recorded female voice left a voicemail saying she was the IRS and they were filing a lawsuit. We wish these people would be locked up for trying to scam the public.

I also received a call from this number saying it was from the IRS and that it was the final call before they filed a lawsuit against me. I was instructed to call that number immediately for further information. I naturally ignored it figuring if it were legit it would have come from a 1-800 phone number.

I just got a call from this number indicating the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me.  Call them right away.

I got the same recording That I was being sued by the irs to.

When I heard it I panicked  and thought it was laget!!!!! Never had one of those kind of phone calls before!
