they always call, never leave a message. I just don't answer it b/c i don't know who it is. I call back and I get a busy signal. They call at least 3 times a week.

Receive calls almost daily from this company.  They leave no messages on the machine and show up on call ID as "S".  If by chance my wife answers the phone and they ask for me and she tells them I'm at work and asks if she can help them they hang up on her.  I have no idea who this company is and why they are calling me.  I contacted our lawyer and he's looking into what can be done but if nothing can be done, I'm stuck with harrassing calls and no idea why.  If they want something then just leave a message saying what they want, who they are and why they are calling.  This non stop calling everyday is getting them no where in whatever their goal is.  I can't get through to them if I call them back on the number that is showing up on my caller ID...What's up with that?  Why call and not tell the person your talking to or the machine why your calling and what you want??

I'm getting the same thing. Caller ID just shows "S" as the name and the phone number (without the area code). They're calling with two different numbers. One is 848-6540, the other is 848-6552. Both with the same name.. "S".
I've checked with dexonline.com to backtrack the caller.. they're listed as a WA #'s but no other information is given. Same as everyone here, they call several times a day for several days a week and leave no messages. I work nights and "try" to sleep days (hard with a one yr old baby) and this is getting quite ridiculous. My wife's thinking it may be a collection agency, if it is... it's a sure-fire way of killing any type of collaboration or cooperation. If it's a bugged system..wow.. wild to think computer viruses moving into the telephone systems. I know cell phones are able to contract PC-like viruses, didn't know if landline systems could either.. if it is. :/

this number calls my cell all the time same time about three times a week. They never leave a message so i dont know if they are calling the wrong person or what. It is ridiculous cuz they call and i guess they think i will answer but i never do if i dont know the number. If u leave a message i will call u back otherwise forget it.

I have gotten a few dozen of these calls on my cell phone. They call at all hours of the day. My last 5 calls from them were at: 08:38A, 23:10P, 13:54P, 06:03A and 03:29A respectively. What legitimate business calls somebody at 03:30 in the morning? My friend's know that is a great time to call me, but no business should.
A few times I tried picking up the caller immediately hangs up on me. I call back and it is busy.

I just accidentally answered a call from this number and the woman, Linda, absolutely refused to tell me what company she was calling from.  I have also attempted to return a call and got a busy signal, after they attempted to call me on a Saturday morning.  I do not give my information out to just anyone but recognized the number as being from Mt. Vernon, Washington.  Have been unable to get any more information on who these people are.

They calling for a collection company called SB&C, Ltd. They are located at 1520 E. College Way, Mount Vernon, WA 98273. Here is a list of numbers you can call to talk to someone:(360) 336-3116
(888) 336-3116 Customer Service Lines: (360) 336-5766 (877) 336-5766. If they do not hold an account for you, advise them that you are not that person and that they cannot contact you anymore. Document the date and time of the call and the person with whom you spoke to (be advised most collection agents use false names). Also advise them that the call is being recorded prior to giving them any information. I did this and they stopped calling for six months, and now I am getting calls again, so I just did the same thing today so hopefully they will get the message right this time. Good luck!

They are SBNC, a horrible creditor that has taken up my son's hospital bills which have become exstensive due to his Autism.  I had a creditor from there, Sam R., who was so insulting to me that he made me cry on a Saturday morning, when they finally actually were there when I answered.  

I have called numerous times and asked him to be removed from my account, which I am making payments on monthly, and he is still making commision off of my account.  They will not remove him from my account and assign me another agent.  

I will not accept this.....but if you get a Sam R. helping you....ask for a manager and get a new agent!
