    Not familiar with this number...I have received 4 calls from this caller...This started yesterday 11/7/09....I suspect that this is either someone with a scam or is working with some collection company trying to get money out of anyone who answers the phone...Very annoying...

    My solution: delete all calls from the phone # above & unplugged my phone

    Received a call from these people this morning, 366-522-8999.  It is unlisted but based in Greensboro, NC.  They said I owed $12.00 on a credit card, but that card was paid off a long time ago.  They also wanted to charge fees for collections and whatnot, but wanted payment immediately via Western Union.

    I asked my nephew who is a financial counselor and he immediately told me not to pay them any mind and told me about the scam.

    Marshall...thanks for the info on this scammer. I got another call today....thank God for call ID...at least we know the number they are calling from. LH in California.

    Caller ID read Citigroup.  Never had any dealings with them, so...
