I did not answer phone, let voice-mail get it. Hang up call. Call came in today (05-04-10) at 2p Pacific time. No Co. Name, but only ph. no. 369-000-3394. Usually, the middle nos. indicate a con/scam person is calling. That is why I did NOT answer the phone. I wish the nutwipes would stop calling. I am on the Do Not Call List.

I also got a call @ 11:35 AM PDT from this number.  I tried to call it via Skype (untraceable) and got back an "Invalid Phone Number" message.  I'm also on the "do not call list".

I also got a call from this number on 5/5/10 at 12:01 pm.
Tried to call it back, but I just get a busy signal...
Wish I knew who/what company it was!

i got a call yesterday, it asks you to press 9 if you want to increase your credit. i pressed 9 and told the receptionist that im on the do not call registry, so they need to remove me from their list of #'s. she just hung up on me. then i got another call and i pressed 9 again. i asked the receptionist if i could speak to the manager, she said "im the floor sup., how may i help you?". i said "yesterday i recieved phone solicitation from this number and informed the recep. that im on the do not call reg. so she needs to remove me from the call list and she just hung up on me." the supposed "manager" responded "oh, im sorry. was it kind of like this?" and hung up on me! if they call tomorrow, im going to give her all kinds of fictitious info and drag it on forever.

Same here. Got call at 2:45, pressed 9 and the guy was a jerk. I mentioned DNC list, he said he didn't care he wasn't the one having to pay for it. Asked for a manager name and number, wouldn't give it to me.

Just got off the phone with them. 2:45 pacific. Asked who they were, just said card service for your card. Asked for supervisors name, he wouldn't provide it and didn't know the number, or company he worked for. Said they didn't care about DNC list because, he didn't have to pay the finds.

Just rec'd a call (4:10pm) from "California" at 369-000-3394 and didn't recognize the number so waited for the answering machine to pick up.  Hang up call.  Sounds like a credit card company that has farmed out their business.  I'm going to report them to the FCC because it appears from what others have said that there's no point in talking to the employees there.

This is a SCAM! Please do not answer them.  # 369-000-3394 I answered  mid morning & was asked After introduction "how are you today? I said I am doing fine. the girl laughed & hung up the phone. To strange for words & legit companies do not do this sort of behavior. I too am going to report them for this crap. I have gotten calls for the last couple of weeks.

Thanks Melissa.  They called me today and I strung them along for ten minutes, pretending to be a Native American with a Tribal ID # (in lieu of social security) then I gave them a 15 digit credit card number issued from a bank in Suriname.  They got frustrated, but I imagine they will call back, so more hilarity can ensue on their dime.

Same here - they want to "help you lower your credit" but when you tell them you are on the DNC registry they hang up on you. Where is the FCC??? I have already reported this number. I am going to report it again.

Received call at 12:08 on 5/19.  Hung up when I told them was on DNC list.  Next time will get an earful of air horn.

Got a call from this same number today 7/20/10 @ 11:48 AM. They wanted to lower my interest rate and said they were from Credit Card Services. I pushed 9 so I could figure out what was going on and they asked if I had called about lowering my rate, I asked what card, they said the visa/mastercard. But I said again which one, they said the one with the higher balance. They wouldn't get specific, so I said, what, the one with a $6000.00 balance? Then he hung up on me. Sounds like unintellegent people trying to pull a scam. If they call again, I think I will answer with a line like you have reached the 8th precinct of the King County Sheriffs Office. If you have reached this number in error, we will send a scam investigator promptly. We too are on the do not call list.

I got a call a couple days ago. 7.29.10. So I pressed 9th talk to the ppl cause I have talked to them multiple times asking to be on their dnc list an they have always hug up on me. So this time I asked to talk to a supervisor an the person on the other end said well why would you want to just talk to a supervisor an I said cause I have gotten this call three times an I am tired of trying to ask to be on the dnc list from the employees. An the person on the other end just said well I can tell you the reasonthat you were not put on the dnc list, he continues cause you sound like a little homo. No lie that is what the guy said to me. I said excuse me an he said yes you heard what I said you sound like little homo that is why younger not on our dnc an I had nothing to say. What do you say back to that. I mean I'm not a homo an I'm not saying that there is something wrong with that but the way the person said that was just soo derogatory it was just soo uncalled for.

Next time they call when they start to talk blow a whistle in the phone and hang up that will end that or make some kind of noise in the phone, i am so sick of all these scams. They will think twice before calling me again.

yep that is the way to go or a whistle , i am really sick of all these scammers, the fcc and dnc list do not help us at all.

This is a scam to get your personal info so they can rob you either through your credit card or your bank account.  Do not give them any legitimate information.  They have stolen money from many people in our area and the police are telling people not to give them any information.

called with credit card scam recording.  Reported to donotcall.gov, although number is probably spoofed.

This phone number calls me twice a week. I know this is a scam trying to get personal information. How can I stop it?

I get two calls a week from this phone number. I hang up however once I pushed 9 to hear their lie. When I don't respond they hang up. Some one is going to get taken here unless something is done.
