Hello. I am from Estonia. I got a phone call 2nd November, daytime. I didnt notice it was a foreign number, but it got disconnected the first second. I did not call back, but did call my phone line operator. They were not interested and said it was probably a wrong number. Now I see it wasnt.

i'm from israel- me and my sister got a call today- both of us missed the call.
we thouth it was strange- who will call us from latvia - to me and my sister. now i see we are not alone.
does somebody has any idea who is making the calls and for what cause?

where you are calling she said from Italy, but
+371xxx is Latvia Country Dialling Code so she lied.
I think it is a line for robbery if you call back

I'm from Israel. I got exactly the same phone call today.
when I called back a girl answered, the conversation was very strange
I could'nt understand her so well, she spoke with heavy accent.
she mantion my mom name and ask 2 speak with her, at that point i'm become very nervous,  i ask her to indentify herself or i'll hang up
she told "o.k i can do that and i'll call u later"...with no accent at all.

WTF?????

got the same call today here in dubai, but missed it. so i call back and it she said shes from new jersey and her voice was really low and so i just hang up. hope i didnt get rob.

I got this call today at 0625hrs EAT and was disconnected the first second on picking.what does it mean? Who could this be?? I have no one in Latvia to call me!!.
