This is a fundraising call for a Charity. Cursory research indicates that they are not a very good charity at all.

If you are on the Do Not Call List...are they allowed to call?  We have ignored the call from this # for weeks and they are very persistent.  I also don't like calls after 9:00 pm!!!

multiple calls per week; reported to DoNotCall and blocked on our phone, but still they call.  We have NEVER picked up for them; we do not know them.  Very persistent and annoying.  Does look like a solicitation for breast cancer, but we don't fall for it.

Do NOT pick up. This # belongs to the Mastroianni family 385-203-8229 and is a known financial aid scam. Terrible reputation.

Very persistent, even though never answer calls. Quick online search yields owner as a financial aid seller, so calls are likely telemarketing their goods. Owners' name is Mastroianni. Wish they'd lose their phone privileges!

Repeated call from this number.  Even after we blocked it so they just get a busy signal, they keep calling--it shows up on the caller ID over and over again.  It is a "charity," but check out how much of its collected funds go into the the pockets of the solicitors and into the pockets of those running the charity and how little of of the collected funds go for the stated purpose of the charity:   http://www.tampabay.com/americas-worst-charit ... ncer-foundation.   Somebody should report these guys to the IRS for review of their tax-exempt status.  WE NEVER PICK UP THESE CALLS; suggest that nobody should.  Maybe--if enough people report--these guys can be curtailed.  Please pitch in!

CONCUR!  united breast cancer foundation -- google them.  they just want money, but your "donation" won't help anybody related to breast cancer.  Don't take the bait.  In fact, don't take the call!

dnc won't help you -- we had the same experience.  file a complaint with ftc and another with fcc;  then notify irs.  even if you block their calls, they will keep calling.  It may take a number of complaints from many of us who are harrassed by these guys in order to get some action.
