Low-life Scammers prey on others, as they obviously aren't intelligent enough to get a "real job." I've rec'd dozens of phone calls on my cell the past several days.I'm smart enough not to answer - they call all times of day & night. The (2) numbers I've rec'd calls from are: 385-207-7038 & 385-207-7047. I will definitely report to FCC, so should anyone receiving these calls. Unless we take active action it will continue. Report to FCC - as these type of calls are completely illegal and the FCC will prosecute.

I called the number back to seek who this caller was working for.  The company is called SSI and claims to do phone surveys for research.  Their website is www.surveysampling.com.  The message I was left today was a male belching.  Quite unprofessional.  There is a link on their website to request to be taken off their call list. Not sure if that has the intended effect or if they just call you more.  Suggest more of you register complaints on their website so their management is aware of your issues with their caller.

Calls several times a day for weeks.I don't answer so they hang up on the answering machine. This is so stressful, having a very ill person at home that gets upset by the ringing. Just please stop. So much for the do not call list

Keep calling and letting it go to voice mail. Leaves no message! Very annoying

These people call after 9pm and have no regard for people that have a job or children in school that need their rest.  they need to be severely fined and put out of business!

Number only appears on caller ID as Utah.  When I answered tonight, no one was there.  Not surprising.  Most of these companies use those systems where one agents phone dials out multiple numbers at once, and the one unlucky person who answers first is the one the agent speaks with while everyone else gets silence.

We are on the National DNC list. They called at 7:12 pm. We answered. Silence. We hung up. Caller ID said "Utah" and this number (385-207-7038).

Same as others.  Caller ID says  "utah".   No message. Just another spoofed number from more scammers.

I said Hello several times but no one said anything back so I hung up.

Called me at 6:41 and started right into a voter survey. After about 10 minutes of ever more frustrating trying to get her to understand my answers, I told her that I was sick in bed with a migraine headache and had been throwing up for 45 minutes, so I really could not continue. (which was true) She tried to tell me that the survey was almost over, but I told her I really was too sick to go on, and hung up. She called me back at 7:46 and started in again. I told her that I had already said I was too sick, and "do NOT call me again." I mean, really? You think I'm going to be well in an hour? I only wish. Caller ID didn't give a company name, just Utah. Well, Miss Utah, I may just contact the state AG and report you for harrassment.

Just received a call at 1130 at night and they left no message.  Irritated is beyond how I would describe that.

Called the opt out number and left my name and number. Hopefully it doesn't do the opposite! We will see. The website claims to conduct legit surveys and that's why they are not on the DNC list.

I just got one of these calls but didn't pick up. Who is it? Does anyone know?

Live in Alaska.  Just got the call at 6:35, answered and nobody was there.  First time call, will see what happens this week.

3852077038  called at 815pm and 822pm.  The second time I picked up but nothing on the other end.

Just called no message left. Any number I do not know I do not answer. I on do not call list. Call day and night any time that suits them.
