Have had this number call me claiming I owe some money to a loan company back on 2011. Didn't take out loan. They ate trying to get me to pay to close it or they will come to my job . After the conversation the person said good luck . They could not give any other information to me. Any professional service will give you who what where when to further assist you and not say good luck. This is crazy . Fed up!!!!!!

They are calling me saying that i will be served papers at my home or work stating that i owe a company money and wont give me any information

they have been calling me for days and I returned the call this evening and they did the same to me !  thanks

Received a call yesterday on the same thing.  Caller ID says RAA LLC.  Pulled info from another site to check on it and this is what is posted:

The scammer is playing out his step by step scare strategy by talking about a complaint. Don’t give-in to such crooks.

They call with the intention of creating a sense of fear. Once potential victim has softened (After few calls), he will come up with demand for money to get him out of “trouble”! Or may ask to call back with threat of legal action, arrest etc if you fail.

The fact is that the whole story is nothing but a bucket of bull! They are looking for easy cash by scaring people into paying money that they do not owe.

Since these scammers use VOIP to hide their real phone number, it’s often difficult to locate them, even for the police. It’s quite possible the scammer is calling from a foreign country.

The best that we could do is to publicize such calls so that others get alerted.
Do report the call to the FTC. Report to the Police Department if he comes up with threats. Record the call and let police look at the tape.

I received a call from the same number on 1/12/16 & 1/13/16 stating that I owe money and if I do not contact them immediately,I will be served wtih papers at my place of emoployment and/or at my residence.   The message is saying that they have receied a faxed order regarding a complaint that was files against me  They tell me to reference a file number when calling back.

I also received a call on 1/11/2016 stating the same thing the stated that I had two complaints but only provided one reference number. The message is saying that they have received a faxed order regarding a complaint that was files against me  and that they would be trying to locate me at my home  or my place of work stating that if they located me I would lose the right to  speak with the client but never stated who the client was.  They tell me to reference a file number when calling back.
