The Phase "Are you honest in dealings with your fellow man?" suggests not calling phone numbers listed in the Do Not Call Registry.

I just got a call from this number and an African-American woman said in a low voice (almost a whisper), "You call me again and I'm going to call the BBB"?  Made no sense at all.  My caller ID showed "Unknown Name".  

When I picked up my phone, it was the silence typical of a computer call, then the sound with background noise as in most computer calls....then this very, very odd message.

"Laura", identified herself as calling from "Federal Financial Group", stated she was calling about a life insurance policy inquiry/offer. On the end SHE CALL ME,, WHAT A DICK”
