Beware ! ! ! They Are Not Who They Claim To Be - This Is A Subversive Attempt To Verify Who You Are.
The Only Way To Stop These Kinds Of Calls Is To Make Them Pay. Always Answer - They Have To Pay For Completed Call.  Keep Them Talking As Long As Possible With Fake Info So They Have To Pay More.

Some woman with a strong foreign accent called. She kept saying it was not a sales call. She said I had won something, so I decided to play along. I was to answer three questions. The first was whether I was employed full-time or part-time. I replied "no." Then she asked if I were married. I said "no." She hung up on me, so I never got to the third question. LOL
