Did not answer the call...no voicemail left.

Guy asked me if I wanted to sell or rent my timesahre. I said no. We'll see if he calls again.

recieved call @1.46pm 5/15/09, no msg left. i dont own any timeshares & have never shown interest in researching abt them. im also on the do not call list, so much good that does.

Got a call from this number again, this time the caller ID showed "TSBO". They left a msg on my machine asking if I was interested in selling or renting out my timeshare to give them a call back. Again, I don't own a timeshare. [***].

Asked for me by my legal 1st Name...nobody ever does that who is a friend. Wife asked who was calling- they replied "We must have the wrong number" and hung up. The caller ID was nothing but a blank screen...so we did a *69 and the telephone company gave us the real number (386) 304-3211. These spammers are breaking the law!

Call about selling my time share.

Got a hangup call from this number.   No one on other end, no message left.   April 23, 2010.

Have received numerous calls from this number.  The last time I reported them to Do Not Call.gov but they called again today.  I've never answered any of their calls; found out online who that number belongs to.

Have received two calls back to back asking for Mrs. McCallister. I have told you idiots twice...I know no one by that name! STOP CALLING! You are looking to buy beach-front timeshares, I promise you there is no beach front property where I live! Check your area codes...you are calling WV stupid..no ocean here!

Received a call from this company about my time share, The guy was obnoxious over talking to me , asking me details about my unit.

I'm at a business but these people keep calling me about my timeshare....even though I don't own one!

Got the same call just now, young male voice, asking the same exact questions.  The number is the same as in the header for this thread.

They said they are from Disney corporation!?

This company is a scam, pure and simple.  Report any calls to the Florida Attorney General's office.  Pam Bondi is taking all complaints on this company.  www.myfloridalegal.com.  Do a search on the site for timeshare, and you will come to a page to complain.  Pam Bondi is arresting these scammers and putting them in jail.  One cold-call company like this one received a 7 year jail sentence and was fined millions of dollars, because that is how much they took from people.

I have been plagued with calls from TSBO *Time Shares by Owner."  He insisted that I had expressed interest in renting our timeshare property,  I told him that he was mistaken.  His reply:  "Lady, your medication is wearing off.  You are mistaken."  The name on my caller ID was TSBO of Daytona, phone # 386-304-3211

Received call today from Andrus Holmes (my phone indicated TSBO, daytona). He adked me if I wanted to sell or rent my timeshare. I am on the national do not call list and I asked him not to call my phone number again. He just simply hung up.

All my timeshare management companies told me "do not pay upfront fees/deposits to sell your timeshares. Try to use a real estate broker who will only be paid if they sell your timeshare."

Several calls, first a woman, than 2 different men. Each time I told them no...

The following describes a government action that has been resolved by either a settlement or a decision by a court or administrative agency. If the matter is being appealed, it will be noted below.

FLORIDA: On May 2, 2012, Timeshares Direct, Inc., d/b/a/ Timeshares by Owner; Jana L. Klimek, an individual; and Jeffrey W. Frantz, an individual ( Defendants) entered into a Settlement Agreement with the State of Florida, Office of the Attorney General (Case No: 2010-CA-16120-O).

According to the settlement Defendants shall not, engage in any deceptive and unfair practices including, but not limited to, the following:

a) Intentionally solicit, by telephone, any customer listed on the National or Florida's Do Not Call list,
b) conduct any commercial telephone solicitation without a license;
c) Employ or affiliate a salesperson who engages in commercial telephone solicitations without a license;
d) Misrepresent to a customer that Defendants have a person, business, or entity waiting to buy or rent consumer's timeshare, if such statement is not factually accurate;
e) Misrepresent to a customer that Defendants have experienced a high demand for timeshares in the areas in which the customer's timeshares is located, if such statement is not factually accurate;
f) Misrepresent to a customer that the customer's timeshare will be sold or rented within a short period of time if the statement is not factually accurate;
g) Misrepresent to a customer the number of timeshares sold or rented as a result of Defendants' services;
h) Misrepresent to a customer that Defendants' sales representatives will personally market the customer's timeshares; and
i) Misrepresent to a customer that Defendants are actively matching buyers and sellers, unless Defendants are doing more than merely placing listing on a website or in a publication.
The Settlement Agreement is an effort to resolve a disputed claim and shall not be deemed an admission of wrongdoing or fault.

FLORIDA (Case No.: L00-3-2242) In August 2001, Timeshares Direct, Inc. d/b/a Timeshares by Owner; Timeshares Direct of St. Pete Beach, Inc.; Timeshares by Owner of Longwood, Inc.; Timeshares by Owner of Daytona Beach, Inc.; Timeshares by Owner of Orlando, Inc.; Timeshares by Owner of South Florida, Inc.; Timeshares by Owner of Central Florida, Inc.; as well as the the following either individually or as a director or officer: Jana L. Klimek' Jeffery W. Frantz; Daniel T. Hilliard; Christy A. Hilliard; Jorge J. Munoz; Sharon Munoz; Eric J. Rosenberg; Michael Skidd; and Edward Soloff (Respondents) entered into an Assurance of Voluntary Compliance (AVC) with the Office of the Florida Attorney General for purposes of resolution in this matter only, and without any admission that Respondents have violated the law. The Respondents acknowledge that it shall be an unfair or deceptive act or practice to: Fail to provide a purchaser of future consumer services with a fully completed copy of any contract pertaining to the sale at the time of its execution and notice of the purchaser's right to cancel the contract without any penalty or obligation within three business days from the date of the transaction and receive a full refund of all payments made to the seller. It was also agreed that no false or misleading statements to purchasers including 1.) they have customers waiting to buy or rent purchaser's timeshares; 2.) that they have experienced a high demand for timeshares in the areas where the purchasers' timeshares are located; or that 3.) that purchasers timeshare will be sold within a short period of time. It was also agreed that the Respondents will not misrepresent the number of timeshares sold or rented as a result of the Respondent's advertising services; not mislead purchasers in to believing that Respondents will advertise their timeshares at open houses, at walk-in showrooms or that the purchaser's timeshare will be advertised individually in newspapers or on billboards. No representation will be made that refunds are available if the timeshare is not sold or rented as a result of the Respondent's advertising services nor false representation that purchasers will receive free prizes such as vacation packages if their timeshare is not sold or rented as a result of Respondent's advertising services.

Daniel T Hilliard and Christy A Hilliard are in GA.  They settled a case in Atlanta area for similar wrongdoing.  They operate as TS TImeshares, under Magen Enterprises.  Amazing what you can google on people.  Also found that she is a lawyer.  She must not be a good one or is one of those crooked ones we all joke about.  Why hasn't she been disbarred?  Look up individual criminal records in FL too, for an eye-opener!  How are these people allowed to do business at all????

Received a 2nd call from this # today.  Spoke with Andrus Holmes for 45 minutes about selling our timeshare.  He is a very convincing salesman.  Told him I wouldn't do anything on the phone with a credit card!  He was willing to send a contract to me to sign online if I would want to do that right this minute.  Told him I would have to "google" his name and talk to my relative who is in law enforcement.  He then said "I'll wait for your call".  Am so glad I'm cautious....and that I can google his name and know who this guy actually is!  Had also talked with an Alyssa earlier in the month, who he said works for him.
