Calls at least once a day. Called this number & got a recording which said "this number is not in service".

There is no area code of 391 in the USA.

I get about 3 -6 calls a day from this stupid number. When I answer it is quiet for a moment and then it says "Good bye." and hangs up. :/ Also leaves audio messages saying the same thing.

This number calls my house land line starting at 7:30 am continues to call through 9:00 pm. When I answer its a computer generated "good bye".
Enough already this has been going on for weeks. I have called the number back and get one of two things either a rapid busy signal or a recording that states "this number is no longer in service." I beg to differ,  it calls me at least twice a day up to 6 times a day. That doesn't sound like an out service number to me.

I get the same damn calls starting at 7:30am... quiet for a minute then "goodbye".
