Same here-- called my cell but left no message.

called my cell yesterday and today - left no msg

Called my cell...no message.

This number called me multiple times the past week and never left any messages.

Called my cell phone yesterday but didn't leave a message.

401-213-1236 Called and it went straight to voice mail.  Just erased it.

Called and left no message

Called my cell, rang twice.  left no message.

They called twice and hung up before voicemail both times

It is an outfit (Direct xxxxxxx of Rhode Island) that wants you to give them $4,000 in return for the rights to buy lots of products at munufacturer's direct prices. They appear to be on the up and up but the upfront cost could only be recouped by a couple starting out and needing to buy lots of things.

One caution: their marketing wing will pursue you so vigorously that you will feel like you are being stalked.
