401-223-3260

Received a call from this number but wanting me to call back on 401-223-3360 prior to filing charges.. Stating that charges were being filed for fraud, 2 counts and once they were filed that there was nothing that they could do, that my rights would be forfeited.  Said they were processing summons divisions . Some were robot and some regular voice.

There is no person by that name at our number and they will not stop calling after several requests.

Yes, got the exact same message today about the fraud charges. TOTAL SCAM - do not call them back.

They also called a few days ago claiming to be with the police and that they had found my car abandoned and wanted to know if I'd be having it towed soon.

So this number keeps calling me says its from a loan in 2007 tells me I have two warrants for my a rest  how do I stop this number from calling me
