There was a call made to my cell number today at 4:21 p.m., and when I anwered, no one responded.

Citizens Bank uses this number for a lot of reasons.  I've heard of calls from the same number for surveys, collections, bank errors, and a lot of other things.  If you have an account with them then you might want to answer when they call - if not then don't answer.

I got a call from this number this afternoon on my cell phone claiming "It's Joanna from Citizens Bank - it's very important that you return my call as soon as possible."  When I called, it was supposedly after hours, but I'm concerned this may be a scam.  I have no Citizens Bank accounts.

they called me at 3pm on april 10th. no message was left- so I called back and it was a recording saying the number is citizens bank but the number is out of service.

Received a call April 14 at 7:30PM no message was left.

Have gotten lots of calls from this number -- early in the morning and in the evening. Today received a call at 11:20pm from this number. When I answered, there was nobody there. I don't know how to stop the calls. I'm on the Do Not Call list.

This number has called me several times in the last week or two. I have not responded, nor do they even leave a message. I will probably respond next time jsut to see who it really is and what they really want. I have a business account with Citizens if it is them, but its not much.

They called me again today and I picked up. They said they're doing a survey to see how satisfied I am with Citizens, from Extremely satisfied, very satisfied, satisfied, not satisfied...  It was the the only one question asked and then told me to have a good day. It was an older lady calling and it did seem a bit shady.

They called three times in a matter of a few minutes...we didn't answer but they never left a message...I called the number back and it said it was for Citizens Bank but the line was no longer in use..then it said to call their 800#.

Call from Citizen's Bank to see how satisfied you are with them.  I was satisfied, so that was the only question he had for me.
