Calls numerous times on my cell phone, can't understand half of what they say due to their broken english. When told to delete my number from their data base, they hang up and call again 5 mins later.
May the fleas of a thousand camels infest their arm pits!

I get called from here ALL THE TIME. Anybody else? Who are these people?

Numerous calls on cell phone....Someone needs to STOP this

Dont know who this is, but there are several of us tired of seeing it call us!

This number called while I was out and left some strange music on my answering machine.  No talking, just played about 20 or 30 seconds of some kind of music I have never heard before.

Called twice and just listened to me saying hello than hung up.

This number 4013100123 called MY HOME PHONE. Spoke in broken English, which claimed to be a local telephone company. The voice of a man said, "hello hello hello... may I speak to... hello hello hello..." etc.. then hung up. Please help me in stopping this prank call before I stop him first. After all, I am a Cleaning Agent.

Get calls twice a day after 6pm every night.Nobody speaks when I answer.

This number called me and sounded asian and couldnt talk good english and he called and said he was a local VHS station???? uhh... than asked if i owned a home, a car, did i live with my parents, was i still in school, did i have a boyfriend, and asked if i could talk to him.... which was kinda weird seeing how im fourteen and my boyfriend was standing right next to me... yeah... kinda creeped out...

I just got a very similar call as well, when you call it back, it reports that it is a none working number.

They say there from General Electric, but when I told them I was recording the call they hung up

They claim to be GE Home Security. They called on my cell phone, and I immediately reported them using the FCC's form.

Foreign (maybe asian or spanish; broken English) Just called me and said that were with General Electric telephone service and that I was randomly selected to have free telephone service.  I asked how they got my number and he said 'it was randomly selected.'  I told him that I am on the do not call list and that I will be reporting them. He said 'okay, I will take you off of our list.' then he said 'are you interested in...' (I hung up at that point)

There is a nationwide scam right now in which people falsely claiming to represent GE or Honeywell security (sometimes both, even though they are competitors!) are trying to obtain information about people's security systems and locks, and in some cases even talking their way into people's houses.  In some cases they are simply casing homes for future burglaries, but when they actually do install a "free" security system, it comes with high monthly monitoring fees and is not of the quality that was represented.  This scam works both by illegal telemarketing (using spoofed numbers and calling people on the Do-Not-Call list), and by door-to-door operations.  Anyone who has had these people show up at their door should call the police.  Any calls like this should be reported both to the FTC and to the company (GE and/or Honeywell) whose good name is being tarnished.  I suspect that their lawyers will be quicker to get this shut down than the government will be.

Just got a call from this number on my cell...which I don't give out.  Any idea how they got our numbers?
