People with very strong Asian accents have been calling me now for months.  First they claimed they were from the law office of Thomas Franklin and I owed CashAdvance USA $350.  Being that I own my own business and have never used a place like this in my life, I knew it was a scam.  However, when I told them never to call me again they actually increased the calls and become increasingly nasty.  I never answered the phone when they called and it eventually stopped.
Then a month ago it started again-now from the law office of Jeff morgan!  They constantly leave nasty messages on my voicemail and just won't go away.  Do not talk to them-it just makes things worse-that I can tell you!  The last message they left had this number on it to call back so I wanted to warn others about them.

They called on 5/17/2010 on my brother-in-law's house phone. Then they called me on my cell phone and told me they were holding my SSN and even identified the last four digits of my SSN. They stated I did a cash transfer online from a website for $300, but couldn't give me the date of the transaction or where the money came from. They stated they were calling from Credit Inquiries and Litigation and that there were three suits pending against me. He even gave me a case number.
