I got the same call too..(Today, Sept. 14, 6:11pm et)I didnt answer, the lady on the other end kept saying "Hello"..

Ok, I just got a call from this number, a very odd and ironically tripple repeating number pattern phone number... I did not answer for it said on caller ID "Unknown Name".  When the recorder picked up, during the middle of the recorder message I heard a "Hello?" and then they hung up.  I was like what the heck, and since I was on the internet I did a little quick research.  First I looked up the area code, came from Rhode Island.  Ok... then I found this site, and said "LOL".  Btw... the call was about a minute ago so I will just put the current time. (Today, Sept. 14, 8:14pm Eastern Time)  Oh and I just checked the times your all's comments were posted, first one was 3 hours ago and the second was posted 2 hours ago.  I wonder if an hour from now there will be another comment.  Let's find out ^^ I'm going to keep watching this page for a few, PLEASE don't just pass this up.  Leave a comment, doesn't take registration.

Got a call from this number, showed up Rhode Island call, voice mail was just dead noise.  Call was September 14 8:07 pm, Eastern time.

Got the same call from 401-401-4010 at 8:29p.m. Sept 14.

Hey Melissah, sorry but I'm cracking up.  I can't believe the next person that this person calls has internet, and actually had the nerve to look it up on the internet.  Probably because the number is too ironic, 401-401-4010 I mean come on, if your going to prank call people why not use a number that is a little more natural?  Oh well... I looked up on Reverse Phone Call searches that they have this person's address in their database... wasn't able to look though, cost money.  I'm going to keep watching, this is making my Monday night a little less boring.  No no, what is MORE unbelievable is that, that next person who was called happen to look have the nerve to look it up on the internet, and HAPPEN to find this site.  Can't believe it, let's see who posts next.

Holy crap, another.  Who also looked it up.  Is this person calling people who only have internet?  LOL

I found one search result that says this is a spoof number. Telemarketers use spoof numbers to keep from being turned in for DNC violations and such. I knew it was scammy just by the number. I always look up numbers I don't know just to figure out who it is. It's generally charities or someone calling to locate a neighbor about a bill.

Got the same call an hour ago. I was wondering if they were targeting your business. Mine is www.beautipage.com/LAMIEDL  As far as telemarkerters I am also on the do not call list. In Ohio as well. Have a good night everyone.

Got a call from this number on my land line at about 9:30 last night (Sept.14) and let the ans. machine pick up but no one left a message.  I'm on the Do Not Call list and will not call this number back.  Will keep an eye on this site to see what it might be.

Another call at noon, Sept. 15.  Again with the answering machine--a LOT of noise in the background then a hang up.

Just got the call but was on another line.  I saw Rhode Island and the phone number beeping through but no voicemail was left.  Just one of about a dozen spam calls I get a day at work.  Of course I looked it up on the internet.  With as many spams as I get per day, these sites are pretty interesting.

Call made to me:  Sept 15th, 3:35 pm east coast time

Also got this call, Sept 15, about 3:30pm eastern time.
Tried calling it back and got the phone company's
"Your call cannot be completed as dialed", so it's
obviously a bogus caller-id

Got two calls from 401-401-4010.  Caller ID says Rhode Island.  Once there was no answer and once there was a 'hello' and hang up.

called here a few minutes ago, no one there when I answered

I've gotten this call as well.  When it rolls to v/m the is a dead noise then a female voice says "hello" and hangs up.

I received this call on Sept15th @ 7:48pm did not answer it I let my anwsering machine get it on the caller ID it had 401-401-4010 XXXXXXXXXX RI so I think it's a pron site

Got this call on my cell on 09/16/2009 @ 1:40 p ET.  I didn't answer, didn't get VM.
