Received a call from 401-427-0929 on m cell phone. Lady with strong Indian accent said I would receive a wireless security system free. When I said why did you call me on my cell phone she gave me to her "supervisor". Who repeated everything and said there would be a monthly fee for monitoring. I hung up.

Well, I hope I hit it lucky.  After multiple phone calls, I decided to call the number back and actually got a person.  She assured me that my number would be removed from the call list and I would not receive another call.  We'll see.

Just received a call from this number 1-401-427-0929. Answering machine came on and a foreign lady was saying, "Hello, Hello" then hung up.  I am also on the Do Not Call List.

I have now received over three calls from this entity w/i an hour. They hang up  each time before the vm kicks in to avoid it, no doubt.

PLEASE call the FTC and file a complaint against 401-427-0929.  I just did this and they said they need to have more people file complaints before they can act on it.

Paetec Telephone company is doing trials and telemarketing in my area of ny.  I spoke to a rep,polite ,nice, Kelly said she would stop the calls.

Ah yes..........I too am on the do not call list & received calls from this phone number as well.  I turned them in also but I doubt it will do any good.
They are likely calling from another country and will just change to another provider should Paetec get sick of the calls to them complaining.  I told the idiot on the other end of the phone to shove it up his a**......have not heard from them again..............YET.

Got a call from here - said this was a business and he said uh oh and hung up. works every time

Received a call from 401-427-0929 and my caller-id showed as Unknown Caller.  I called the number back and a girl with a southern accent answered the phone and I can hear that a radio was playing in the background.  Having relatives in Rhode Island, I knew the area code for RI was 401.  Very strange.

Called at 6:45 on August 7,2008 when noone was home.

Called at 9:02 pm.  Left no message on my machine.  I am on the Do Not Call List.  I filed a complaint with the FCC, using the link Bruce provided.

I have received calls at home and on cell... no response.  I called back and machine was someone that sounded Arabian and jumbled.  At 858 pm most recently.

Caller ID said 401-427-0929. Since I constantly get telemarketing calls, I didn't answer. This caller waited 15 seconds, then SLAMED the phone down when they hung up. Made my day.

I got a call from this number today, said that it was Ron from ????.  Very stilted speech, not a native English speaker.  I asked him to repeat the name of the company, he did.  I still couldn't understand him.  I asked a second time, what is the name of the company?  He hung up!

I got a call from this number at 5:25 just dead air, They calld back at 5:47 gave me enough time to check out this website and determine how annoying they are. It was an Indian man who did not speak any english advising he did not want to sell me anything wanted to do a survey about security at the home. I advised him to take me off the list and he wanted to cont. the coversation. I advised him that he was the end the call now. Was a jerk.

I keep getting calls from the 401-427-0929. Every time I tell them I am on the do not call list and they tell me oh sorry we will remove you from our list and not call again, and guess what suprise 5 days later they call again I called  FTC and file a complaint 1-877-382-4357 and filed a complaint.
