it's a debt collector, telling me i have been served on the phone. for a credit card 13 years ago. they have other numbers also.

No name of company left on voice mail. Caller did not address message to anyone during voice mail. Caller said I needed to speak to their legal department because of charges being filed against me before I was served by someone who has not tried to contact me yet. My local police department nor county sheriff department has any record of any charges filed against me. This area code is located in rhode island, a place I've never been to in my life.

I called the number back and it said that the number I was trying to reach was unavailable at the time and to leave a voice mail then said that the voice mail was full and i couldn't leave a message.

In addition to harassing me with regular calls, this number (and others, from what appears to be the same person/organization) has tried to reach me through members of my family and friends with whom I have not resided in years--if ever at all. Their messages are fragmented, non-specific, and include no verifiable information.

Called me to inform me that I had fraudulent charges pending against me from January 4, 2011.  I informed them that I had already had this scam pulled on me about a year ago & that there was no deposit in my checking account that corresponded with that date.

I informed her that we could settle this over the phone & that I wanted to talk with her supervisor & she informed me that since I wasn't willing to work with her that she could go ahead & have me served at either my place of employment or my residence.

I told her that she would pay any associated charges that my bank charged me with to produce the required bank statements.  She stated that she would document that I had refused to cooperate.

I tried to call back & was placed on hold & they never would answer the call.  I was going to be charged with check fraud & breach of contract.

They sent a message to my job accusing me of fraud saying I was going to be picked up ect

Has to be a scam. Said there were charges against me but something to do with identity theft against me? That they were going to send a summons to my job or home. As anyone knows if you have had a summons, they don't tell you before hand, and certainly not over the phone.

Just had the same call to my house saying the same thing looking for my grandfather

They just called the office I work in and said a name of someone who has NEVER worked here saying that he will be served with fraud charges against his name and SS#. I attempted to call them back to say this is a business and the phone rang for over 3 min with no one answering. They never identified them self other than to call the number back and a case number

I called my home to check  msgs. They identified them selves as the Process of Summons Division. They were  Looking for someone that do not reside @ my home. Stating this person had two fraudulent charges on them in their county. Saying this person will be served with fraud charges on their name and SS#.  They said this person needed to call the 401-433-7875 and speak w/some one in the Legal Dept.  I attempted to call them back to remove my number off their call list and the phone rang for over 1 min with no one answering.

I received a voicemail stating fraudulent activity and I would be served in my home or business unless I called them back. I took a 30min drive with the number on Bluetooth, the whole time no one picked up the phone. No case number, or specifics.

they call me and the me charges against me if i dont pay them they will send popo in my place of work or residence...

I will be served at home or work unless i return call.   Reference case # xxxx regarding fraudulent charges attached to my SS#. They have called 3 times in the last week with their illegal threats.

Same as the rest - they started calling a few weeks ago - then nothing - then called - then nothing - today they called again - home, cell, work.  Same vague message.  I have already filed a complaint with the consumer services people.

They called my boyfriends phone and asked for me saying that I had 2 counts of fraud against me and I needed to call the legal department

Called my husband's phone. Told him he has 2 counts of fraudulent activity on his name and SSN. It was an automatic message. My husband called them back, some guy asked for his phone number and put him on a long hold. I eventually looked up this number and stumbled into this website. I am thankful people shared their experiences, as it helps to realize this is yet another scam.

I got the same voice mail from both 401-433-7875 and today from 720-446-0595 which is a Denver, CO exchange, I read from one commenter that they researched it and found this name & address: BCN, Inc. / 1750 Hwy 160 West Suite 101 /
Ft. Mill, SC 29708.  The commentor is looking into a class action suit.

Voicemail caller identified as O'neil, Ashley said she was from Processing Summons Division and there were charges filed against me in my county for frauldulent acts using my name and social security number.Case ID ZDL22783 Contact them at 401-433-7875 Legal dept to dispute before being served at place of employment or at home.

After reading other's experience with this phone I'm just ignoring it.

we have received the same kind of call..my husband who works for public safety in our city has turned it over to internal affairs and was confirmed it is a scam..we have also contacted the attorney generals office as well..hope they get caught!
