    I received this at work on 6/6/11 - didn't answer the first time as the number seemed odd, and they didn't leave a message.  The next time I answered.  It was a reminder for a doctor's appt to a new clinic I'm going to in Lincoln.  Seems odd they used my work number so I must make sure they don't do that again.  Must be something some businesses are using; if you google it, it also comes up as a 'realestate book' with various agents and the 'broker number' being 402-000-0000.  Not nice if you ask me.
