Came up as being from NE, USA. I didn't answer and they didnt leave a message. I'm on the DNC list so not sure why I'm getting these calls.

Why do we continue to get these SPAM calls when we are on the DNC list?  They are calling our cell phone.  Is someone selling them a list of cell numbers?

My cell phone is in the DO NOT CALL LIST.

This is a SCAM to steal your information, do not give them anything. The claim to be Credit Card Services and offering to lower your interest rates and they are using computers to call with and they spoof using various telephone numbers.

I am on the DNC and this company is calling me weekly.  They hang up b4 you can get through remove me.

I keep getting phone calls from this number and when I ask to be taken off of there list they hang up on me.

Received call from 402-206-7411;  caller ID just says Cell Phone NE.
Message was from Rachel of Cardholder Services about reducing my interested rate.  Instructed to Press 1 to reduce rate.
I pressed 1 and the person that answered said:  "Are you calling to reduce your interest rate?"  I replied:  "No, I am calling to have myself taken off your call list."  They hung up.

I then call the number and it went to voice mail of Craig Anderson.  The message box was full.

I get these calls every few weeks.  Whenever I press 1 and tell them I want to be off the list they hang up.

I have been getting these calls as well on both cell phone numbers I have and I have repeatedly told them to take me off the list and they still call.
The guy that called me today was an absolute jerk and swore at me several times when I told him to stop harassing me.
Also.... I do not have any credit cards nor do I want one!!!!

I just got a call from this number and they left a message saying that it was a recruiter from a staffing company known as CCSI Staffing. They left a 1-800 number to call back on though which seems sort of odd.

Seems to me like it's some sort of spoofed number that companies use to mask their real number. But it seems sort of shady to me so I won't be calling them back.

Yep. Our cell #'s are being sol. Or they can just look up a list and have the computers dial. They get paid so many cents for each call made. I answered and it was a credit card BS company offering to lower my rate to save my credit to 6.9% interest. A real person never came back on the line. Call them back and the line is busy. That's because the computer redirecting the calls is busy. They're coming from overseas. Trust me. SCAMMMMSS!!!!!!!

SCAMS!!!!! lower my credit card interest my pahooty. I don't even own a credit card. Computer generated message. No real person comes on the phone. Call the # back to get the satisfaction of telling someone off and the # is busy. It's a rerouting service. They're going down a list or someone has sold our #'s. They (whoever "they" are) get paid so many cents for each call they turn in. The only reason I answered an are code I didn't recognize was so I could tell someone off. I won't do it again. I won't give them the satisfaction of collecting a few cents on an answered call.Some

Got a call from "Card Services" talking about they can lower my interest rate.  This is only one of the numbers they use.  I've asked to be put on the do not call list, but I keep getting calls.

How can I block the 402 area code from my cell phone - my phone is an emergency only phone and when it rings, I have to assume its an emergency... this harassment has got to stop!!!
