402-491-2800 called me 3 times in a row. I am on a dont not call list for all my phones including my cell phone. Plus my cell phone number isnt given out to business its private just for family and friends to use. I dont answer calls that I dont know the phone number. They have hung up on my voice mail each time.

Why do we all get these calls for this company when we are on the no call list?? Isn't any body out there will do something to stop getting these BS calls????

Rcvd. call at 7:34pm on a SUNDAY eve.  No message left on voicemail.

a girl with kind of lazy (not very business) voice called me to say they are from Citi bank, having some problem with my card, and she knows my name! Once I answered yes that's my name, she pretend (I think) that she couldn't hear me well (well when I asked 'can you hear me now?' she said 'no' - that's weird), then hung up!

I seriously susppect if there's banking security problems associated with this!

Just got a call from this number. It was Goodyear tire company. Wonder if this number is a dumping ground for companies that want to get past the private number block? Mine was a ligitimate call regarding a purchase that I had recently made.

call received for no reason, strange..

I just started recieving calls from this number on my cell phone but it is on Fri,Sat or Sun nights after 7-never durning business hours and they leave no message.  I thought about calling back but if they want to talk to me they can leave me a message,I just have a wierd feeling after finding this website and reading others have been contacted also.

Just started getting calls from 402-491-2800 no message is left and it's always around 8:30 PST caller ID says Nebraska

Saw it on my caller ID. But like every other number I don't know, I let it go to the fax line! lol. So if you like getting buzzed in your ear, be my guest! ha!

I just missed a call from 402-491-2800 but when it went to the answering machine it was just a dial tone.  The Caller ID just said NEBRASKA?  The call was recieved at 7:02 EST.

I also got a call from this number with Caller ID NEBRASKA. 7:02 PM EST on December 6.

This is a marketing company. I received a call on Sat after 8 p.m. So Monday I called from a work phone and received an answering machine that says if you want to talk to a manager then leave a message!

These people just called my parents, to ask for my number.  They had my name and were asking my parents for my number, I haven't lived there for 39 years!!!  My number has been the same for 30 years!  What's going on here???!!!

I to have been receiving random calls from this number and I just picked up the call - Someone answered and it has to do with a quality survey on the behalf of some conferencing center, which the caller would not identify.

Received a call from this number on my cell phone last night. I was out of the room and thus missed the call; no voice message was left but the number popped up on my caller ID. Have no idea who/what it could be???

They've called before and I asked them not to call; it stopped for a few months and the last two nights, they were at it again.  So, I found the phone number for the Corporate Headquarters in Cleveland, OH and called.  A very nice lady in the CEO's office  said she got in touch with the people who called me and my name will be taken off their call list.  Evidently, some other company hires these guys do research for them, so in reality it isn't Convergys that's the problem--it's all the other idiots out there who give our names and phone numbers out.  So much for the Do Not Call list!

This number has been calling our house for a while now.  It even called at 7:30 on a Sunday evening.  Gimme a break!

They keep calling even after I call them back and leave voice mail for them to remove my name.

I also got this call and he identified himself as being with MRSI (Marketing Research Services Inc.) and he asked to take a short survey on my two top grocery store choices...comparing and rating them on a scale from 1 to 10. Hope this helps someone. I am also on the Nat'l Do Not Call List.
