I've been receiving calls from this number at least once a day for the last 2 weeks, and I've never ordered from Omaha Steaks! I'm calling them right now to remove my number from their call list!

It's Omaha Steaks and I'll NEVER order from them again. What happened to freedom to buy what you want when you want and not be harrassed on the phone?

wow, the same thing just happened to me.

I just ordered some Omaha steaks as a sales prize.  They just lost a customer for life.  I expected better from Warren....

Thanks for the info on Omaha steaks. I never answer a phone number I do not know. They have been ringing my cell for over a week now. They never even bother to leave a message. I will try to contact them via email in the hopes they understand the phrase, "Don't call us, we'll call you. Happy Holidays all.

Received a hang up call from this number. No one there as soon as I answered it. Ordered from Omaha Steaks one time to send food for a funeral for a friend's family out of town.  So nice that when you don't choose to re order and then you ask to remove your email from their twice a day spam email list that they then start calling you at home.  Jerks. Probably better to be on the other end of the receiving side this time. At least you don't get calls there.

they will not stop calling! i left message on my answer machine asking omaha steaks to leave me a message and i would call them back, but...they hung up....again.

Calls everyday, sometimes twice a day & never leaves a message?!

I "think" I was successful - I emailed Omaha Steaks via their contact form on the website.
I explaned what I did not like about their calling practice and referenced specifically this website as proof that they are ruining their reputation.
I received an email back that same day - telling me my number has been removed from their list.

time will tell.

just recevived a call.  I will NOT buy omaha steaks ever again.  I hate this business practice.

I just got a call as well about 1 minute ago. First one, let's hope it is the last.

They have been calling me too.  I as well never answer unidentified calls.  I thought Omaha Steaks wouldn't NEED to have a call list.  Oh well.  Live and learn, don't give out your number to any place you buy items from.

I got 3 phone calls today from Omaha Steaks and they never left a message.  I just called them to get my number taken off their list.  

Do they really think that I am sitting around thinking "Well, now that you called, I guess I do need to buy more steaks."  As if they don't harass me enough with emails and catalogs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for letting me know who this is. They have called my office twice a day for the past three days. They don't leave a message.  Omaha Steaks will be hearing from me.

After seeing these comments, I called them back...answered "Omaha Steaks" and I politely asked them not to call me again. Said that I would order when I needed to but don't call me. She said that I would be removed from the list. I have ordered from them online. We'll see if this works.

i ordered from omaha steaks for christmas present.  just received two phone calls from 402-593-7107 a 10 am and 1:42 pm.  Googled the number because I don't know it and i see all of these blogs. Very bad practice! I'm going to answer next time and let them know the same that PGSmith said.

I ran this number online to see where the calls were coming from. Suprised to see how many other people have been pestered by this. I ordered from Omaha Steaks and sent some steaks as a Christmas present.  I ordered the steaks online.  They have called me three times today without leaving a message:  12:58PM, 4:51PM, and 7:55PM.  I will contact them and they have definitely lost a customer in me.  I will also let my friends and family know.

put your number on the national do not call list and then file a complaint with them. Also , when they call just tell omaha steaks to take you off thier list and to stop calling.

They called at 7:05pm last night.  Again today at 9:31am, 12:36pm, and just now at 3:46pm.  No message at any point so I started wondering who it was.  Thanks to this search I know and realize I am not alone.  Like many of you I gave several gift sets to employees this year and ordered something for myself.  Thank God they won't have a way to hound my gift recipients (that I know of).  Now that I know who it is - I will answer next time and tell them they've lost a customer.

thanks for the heads up all.  i got a call from them today but didn't pick up... hopefully they don't keep calling.  no vm either.
