Enraged!  Both my wife's family and my own have elderly members with severe health issues.  I am hearing impaired, so didn't hear the phone ring the first two times in one day and was in heavy freeway traffic for the third, so I couldn't pick up.  I only stumbled on this site while waiting for another call--one I assumed would announce something horrible.

I really enjoyed the products from my last order, but that's what it was--my LAST order.

About 6 months ago I had my name removed from their call list and the calls have started back up. I guess they put you back on the list if you don't order anything. I ordered from them once 18 months ago and they still call nonstop. Next time they call the person on the other end is gonna wish they hadn't.

Geez people - quit complaining and go to their web site and remove yourself by updating your preferences or call them and tell them to remove you. Obviously the best thing you can do is ignore them right? NO. Get smart.

Ha! Seems like a lot of people are in the same boat I am. I received Ohmaha Steaks as a gift. A month later was in Hawaii for vacation and kept receiving phone calls from this number (I never answer a number I don't know). After being called EVERY DAY for 10 days I finally answered it. They were gung hoe on telling me their "specials" and I informed them then I wanted no calls and send me info by mail. One month later (today) they start calling again. I called the number and asked again to be taken off the phone list. They were extremely kind and polite but we'll see what happens this time.

Ohama Steaks...Insane...they call as early as 7 am and as late at 10pm trying to get me to buy more stuff.  I told them I'll never again order Omaha Steaks again because of their annoying calls!  It's not worth it the insane telemarketing.

For the past three months, I've asked them to remove my phone number and although they are very polite and say they will comply, the daily annoyance continues.  They've even called to ask why I don't want to be called?!?

And to think it was someone who ordered stakes for me as a gift... Not much of a gift at all!

I got a call from them and answered the phone.  I was surprised to hear that it was someone from Omaha Steaks, telling me about a promotion.  I told the guy that I regularly get their emails (Spam), and that I'm all set.  He tried to keep me on the line by "handling my objections", but I had to get to a meeting.  I told him I wasn't interested and he said "I'll call you back at a later time" and hung up on me.  That was a few days ago.  I've been getting about 3 calls a day from them ever since.  I just sent them an email to have them take me off their list.  Great customer service, indeed...although the steaks were delicious.

I've been getting calls on my cell phone from this number as well and finally Googled to see who it was.  I contacted Omaha Steaks on their website and got an almost immediate response that I was being taken off their call list.  We'll see if the calls actually stop...

3rd missed call from them- all hours of the day- but the last one was later last night while i was trying to go to sleep.  I am on hold right now to be removed from their call list.

Even though I'm on the 'do not call'list and never answer them, they've been calling almost daily for the past two weeks. If I was interested in their steaks, I'd call them. Arg...

Received a call today, but since I do not recognize the number, I didn't pick up.  Good thing I checked who owns this number.  Thanks for letting me know and I will call and email the company to remove my number off of their list.

If you call them back at that number, they will take you off their automated list.  Really strange marketing approach in this day and age.  I like their steaks, but am now soured on them as a company.  Probably won't be buying any more stuff there.

I just got a call from them as well. 6 months back I ordered steaks as a gift for my neigbor now I am the one getting all of these phone calls. How annoying.

They keep calling me after I have specifically stated I DO NOT want to purchase hundreds of dollars of meat.

Thank you to whomever started this comment list.  I have been receiving one to two calls from that number per day for a few months now.  I will never order from them again.  I called the number back after reading this and asked to be taken off their list.

I ordered Omaha Steaks for fathers day gifts and now I have been receiving phone calls from this number on a weekly basis.  They don't leave messages.  If I don't answer and let it go to voicemail, they just hang up.  I am not ever ordering from them again!

Well I USED to work for Omaha Steaks, and they do some annoying things when they call people. If you don't pick up, we were forced to put you as N/A and then call you again like a couple of hours. And I've done that to one person 5 times in one shift. And I get tons of people that say they don't want to be called anymore, I took them off the list. But others don't do that half the time, they'll end up calling you less then not at all. I got calls from them because I sent out a gift, and I got my name put on the list. Luckily, I got a call from an Ex Coworker and he took my name off. But that's the only one for them to stop, is to tell them to take your name off the list, and hopefully they won't half a** it and call you once a month, instead of forever. And by the way, the steaks were straight mediocre.

Tried to return this call and they do not answer. Have enjoyed their products, but will not order again from them as they hound you to death with calls. Too bad they could have been a great company to order from. Add me to the list of  lost customers.
