This number keeps calling my cell phone but I don't answer it.  Who are they and how did they get my cell #?

FOP...donations for the police memorial fund

the FOP from Nebraska charity work for the police.  Donate when you can..or ask them for the web address so you can donate online or even ask for them to send you a brochure!

Why then every time I answer the phone they hang up then.  Something fishy going on here.  I doubt they are collection on behalf of a charity

please stop calling us for donations!!!!!!!  You call us day and night and we have asked you to stop!  We will not donate   to someone over the phone1
