This MSR - A national survey group.

On Monday September 24, 2012 received 4 calls from the telephone number 800-816-3521.
First call received at 11:03 am.
Second call received at 1:06 pm.
Third call received at 3:14 pm

At 5:30pm I called 800-816-3521 and found out that it was a political survey group and placed myself on their internal do not call list. The recording stated it would take 3 business days in order for the calls to stop.

Fourth call received at 5:37 pm. Actually talked to the guy giving the survey. Explained that I had JUST put myself on the DNC list and he was very polite. He appologized, and stated he would add my number to the list immediately... No 3 day wait.

Today, Tuesday September 25, 2012 I have not received a single called from 800-816-3521.

Instead the calls are coming from 402-718-8836.

Same survey group, different phone number.

First call received at 2:12 pm ...

402-718-8836 just called me, no msg. I'm not going to answer

I received a call from 402-718-8836

some sort of survey.... I didn't quite get all the details because I was busy screamig that they have nerve calling me at 10 pm!  Response: they'd be glad to call me back at a more convenient time. I responded with NEVER!!!

Caller ID comes up with "Bellevue NE".  Getting lots of these calls lately at random hours.  I've answered the phone but haven't spoken to anyone, just a dead line.

Same here...shows up Bellevue NE on the caller ID. I let it roll to the answering machine but there is never a message. This number has called twice today 10/07/12 and twice on 10/04/12

I am on the do not call list.  I did not answer and they did not leave a message.  They have been calling here for about a month about twice daily.  I never answer.  It is very annoying.  I am thinking of getting my whistle out.  Lol

I answered the phone... nobody there. Finally the line went dead :(

this survey group from omaha, nebraska calls me constantly.  how can i make it stop?  i did a search of the phone number & it said a landline in omaha, nebraska, msr survey group.  how can i make it stop?  please advise.

I'm on the do not call list too! I wish they would lose my number. So tired of getting calls at work in the middle of meeting, leaving to answer worrying its family needing help that is traveling, then finding out its a stupid survey company!

Keep getting calls from 402-718-8836. They call all kinds of hours, never leave a message, what's ticking me off is, it is my DAMN cell phone they are calling and I am on a National DO NOT call list for the cell phones!!
Well, I got even with them (and bill collectors)....I let my voice mail box get full up, and have not cleared any of them out, so when these dumb [***] call, they are wasting time because I DO NOT answer phone numbers I do not recognize AND they are wasting time and money, because they could not leave a message, even if they wanted to!
So go ahead and keep trying losers!!!!

Call the FCC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Look up their number on the internet and
call them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will help. Explain your situation.
Report these numbers that are calling you. I had to call them once and
gave them 2 different numbers. I have not been bothered with any calls since.
It is worth calling them. The only way to get rid of these telemarketers
bothering, calling, even if you are on the DNC list.

Take the time and report them.

My phone log identifies MSR Group with their phone number as being 402-718-8836.  A feeble voice said he was conducting a survey on my experience at BBVA Compass Bank.  I let him know that I did not speak to anyone at this bank & he immediately hung up.  This sounds like a suspicious call.

They called to ask me to answer survey questions regarding my most recent visit to Huntington Bank.

Contacting state attorney general can help at least in Iowa though would go with Nebraska as well.  Keep communicating important- somewhere some conscionable friend sometime will be in finding most likely (sorry if to voice like fortune cookie though true).

In Iowa, law states if calls reoccur after instructed to not call then state fine legal recourse applicable (worked personally TWICE once with claimants harassing to switch phone service to ATT the other by yahoos claiming owed $800 for 900-number calls nonsense (firstly because non-existant 2ndly because illegal to phone harass/intimidate claiming past dues-particularly disturbing when fully fabricated [perhaps misidentification (sic) though harassment still illegal.  Harassee (sic)has right to be addressed with respect and dignity of any person and with absolutely no stigma of  implied or overt treatment of receiver as "dog deadbeat subhuman garbage etc. &so4h&so4th" (long stories indeed point being hang in there, again look into Attorney general heck even contacting FCC/FBI may be good to get reports on file if for no other reason again depends)

Got a call from this number at 11 pm!!!!! I thought it was illegal to call that late!!!!!
