No idea.  I just got a call from them as well.  (8:47 am Sept 20, 2011)

I just got a call from this number, did not leave a message

I think this is a computer generated solicitation. I answered the phone "hello" and they/it asked for me and I said "speaking"  and they/it asked for me again. This time I said "this is" then it said "this is the Nebraska fraternal order of police there is no message.

They call my number on a daily basis. I have never answered the phone because i don't know the number and whenever they call they never leave a message either.

Why don't these people get a real job?????  Who pays them to waste their time calling when no one answers and they do not leave a message.....???

this evening we recieved a call from this number 402-817-7413
and no answer nor a message as to whom this is.

I just got this call, they let it ring 4 times and then they hung up. Didn't know the number so was waiting for the machine to pick it up, no message.

I called it back. It was black hills energy calling to offer some sort of protection on your appliances.

Definitely black hills energy. They said they would put me on the do not call list. Supposedly it's a bug in the system.

Just got one today.  No voice mail or anything.

This phone number keeps calling here but they will not leave a message at all they hang up. I get a call at least once a week and it says that it is my Gas company so Im gonna call them!!

Wrong name, said they were calling from my gas company. They asked my daughter for me and then they asked for someone else when I answered the phone. Scam! BEWARE do not give out any information over the phone. My gas company does not operate at 7:30 in the evening.

rings but no one there never leave a message very irritable

Received multiple calls from 402-817-7413. Caller Id says Black Hills Energy. Have not answered and will not answer the calls. However, I will be calling the company to be removed from solicitation list.

Weird, seems they like to call around 7:30 got a call at 7:37pm. Went to voicemail, no message left.
