Call and ask for owner by first name only. After I say they are not in ask if a different owner is available. I tell him none are in at this time. They just hang up even though I ask if they would like to leave a message. They called last week and started again this week.

Since this Mike Richards keeps calling and asking for the owner, I decided to give him a call back. I asked for the owner and before he could say a word, I asked for the owner again and again and again...When he did get a word in, explaining the owner wasn't available, I returned the favor and hung up on his ass.
