I received 5 phone calls in a row from this number. They are trying to tell me that there is a criminal court case against me for a payday loan past due interest and I will be served a Subpoena and be arrested at my home. No company name. No other information. I believe this is a scam, as I have never taken out a payday loan.

This same number +402-848-0002 kept calling me saying I needed an attorny because they filed a court case against me. They said that I got a loan online that I didn't pay back. The online loan company was America Financial, or some thing like that. The lady name Sarah Johnson with an eastern indian accent was calling my cell phone and work phone. I told her i never got an online loan, and that I was gonna call the police because she contained my information. She said go ahead the same police can come pick you up, and hung up on me. This is a scam!!!

I got the same call and same thing about a payday loan which I never got.  Is there any way we can report this?

Receive a call 10/31/13 saying i owe them money, never had a loan from them think this is a scam. They said the police will be picking me up and I will have to go to court.  sounds like a scam to me. Who can I contact to report this.

I could hardly understand the caller.  They said I needed to either call or have my attorney call then they wished me good luck if I did not return call

I received call from this number to call right away.  If I did not call I would have to deal with repercussions. and good luck with my situation.
