Person just keep calling me from this number on my cell phone

Sometimes they hang up when I ansure the phone. One time a man asked me if I had DISH NETWORK? I said yes, then he acted funny when he asked me if I had any problems. I said no, he said ok, thank you, goodbuy. Once someone asked if I was the owner of the phone number he was calling. I said yes than he hung up.The man sounded like he was from another country. My phone number is new and is a line from Majic Jack.

I keep getting calls from this 402 # with no one there when I answer.  The phone they call me on is a new Magic Jack #!!

Received call from # after answering a bogus Google job ad. Its obviously some internet ad gimmick or maybe worse...who can tell. Just block the number is my advice.

i had a few calls from this # nobody talks or its a missed call try to call it back its always busy,tried to find out who owns the phone its someone in Douglas County Nebraska.Hope someone would cut this person off forever.What an [***].

i didnt answer when this number called me but after looking at these comments i tried to call back. it had some playback music then an automated lady saying ex. 300 is not availble and that the inbox wasnt receiving any messages. so i got no where

left a message couldn't understand sounded like "Why dont you awnser your phone?" My phone Id said "Education Link"

Keep calling my cell phone and wll not leave a message.  I did not answer the call.

I keep getting calls from this # and sometimes u can here a lady or man in the background and other times the just hang up i got my number threw magic jack so i don't know if it has something to do with it but i wish they would stop calling!

An Educational Institution owns this phone number. There seems to be a new scam.  When you apply for employment through the internet, an interest for education registration appears in the first page. No one gets call for employment from these postings.  However, everyone gets a call from this institution.

The number you called is not my number and it belong to someone else.  Please let them know that do not call this number at ALL.  This person live in another city and his number is unlisted.

Do not want anyone calling this number it belongs to someone else. Has created a problem for them. This is an unlisted number they are calling. They would give their name and hung up on him. They may contact me by emailing at YFLUELLEN@YAHOO.COM or sending a letter to my address.

that number called me and when i answered it sounded like a african American man asking about collegde info. he was trying to get my personal info so i told him i wasnt interested. he hung up on me

Don't waist your precious time answering this call. They hang up or don't leave a message. When you call the # they are not available & the mail box is full.....

Got a call on my cell from this number this afternoon. I didn’t recognize the number but I answered anyway and it was silent. I then googled the number and realized I had googled it before a month ago when I got same call from this number. I am on the DO NOT CALL list. If I ever get a person on the other end, I will be yelling :)

Called asking for my son by name, stating he had requested information about improving his job skills by returning to school.  My son said he knows nothing about it, but had filled out a job application on-line.
