Telemarketer.  I called back, and got an automated message.  If you press "1" it will supposedly remove your name from their list.  We'll see.

I didn't recognize this number, so I didn't answer and they left no message.

Received a call from this number just now.  Person identified himself as being with an organization that works with Consumer Credit Counseling in order to reduce high interest credit card debt for consumers.  Watch out people--this reeks of SCAM!!  I asked how he got our names, and he told me that my husband had called his organization (my husband was right beside me telling me no), so I asked him when my husband had called, and he replied that he did not have that information.  I told him that I wasn't going to talk to someone who called me about my personal finances, but that if I needed assistance I would call someone myself.  Then I asked him for the name of his organization, he stopped talking, and I heard a click.  I redialed the number and got a "Thank you for calling back" message--no company name or identifiers of any sort, other than to say that one could opt out of their "special promotions" by pressing 1 to remove himself from their call list.  Clearly, these people are up to no good, and I am reporting them to everyone I can think of! Shame on you 402-982-0636 callers for wasting the valuable time of good people and trying to rip us off!  Get an honest job!!

Have gotten numerous calls from this number even though my phone number is listed with the Do Not Call Registry. They never leave a message.

They call 3 times a day, 3 to 4 times a week.  I used to ignore - they never leave message.
Recently I started answering and each time they ask for Richard.  I have explained Richard never had this number and ask them to stop calling....

I have gotten several calls from 402.982.0636.  I called them back to opt out and they end up calling more.  I am extremely frustrated.  Needless to say, if I can get a person on the line they are going to get a piece of my mind!  UGH!

They called me numerous times, I picked up.... no one answered.  I blocked them.

They call me at least once a week even though I do the "drop me from your call list"..  Never leaves messages.  Very annoying, I , too am on the do not call list, does not help

they want quit calling or leave a name or talk to me, they are affraid, of me I guess. I wish they would leave me alone. I DO NOT HAVE CREDIT CARDS NOR DO I WANT THEM NOR DO I OWE ANYONE MONEY...... LEAVE MY [***] ALONE.....

They're calling me, too, and I'm also on the do not call registry. Folks, you shouldn't ever call these numbers back and press '1' to opt out - that lets them know they have reached a working number. If you want to permanently stop them, buy a whistle - The next time they call, answer the phone and blow the whistle as loudly as you physically can. THAT will stop them! And that's what I'm going to do the next time they call. HA! Make them go deaf in one ear!

If you are getting calls from a 402-982-**** number, most likely 402-982-0636, call 402-982-0200. Select option 1 and ask for David Nelson. David works for the Caller ID Service for this specific telemarketing agency and will get your name off their list within 24 hours.

Many of these callers have a recorded message or nobody answers when you try to call them back. If so, you can register a complaint with the national do not call registry without waiting the 30 day wait. It's an extra step but please register these calls. I do it for every scammer that gets my number and if we all follow through we can put them out of business!!!

I receive these calls daily. I have my number on the Do Not Call Registry, yet receive them anyway. I have reported them, but other than that, I don't know how to stop the calls. Today, I got 9 calls from this number, all within 2 minutes. It's getting aggrevating.

We have become Immuned to 800-866, etc calls the ringing sound keeps me alert. Let them call, call, call. Just a minor irratant when I am sleep tho.

just received a call from this number, did not pick up, they call at least twice a month. I am on a do not call list, doesnt help in this case

I've had at least 12 calls from this number over the past four days even though I have placed my number on the do not call list, if I answer it hangs up immediately. It's getting very frustrating because the times range from early morning to late at night.
