There was a message re this phone number. It was a robo-call stating that they could reduce my interest rates, and that "this was my last chance" to do so. I had the choice of selecting #1 to talk to a customer service rep, or #2 to disconnect, and stop all further calls. I selected #2. I will see if they stop.

This # appeared as "credit services" on my caller id.  We are on the "do not call list" but I answered anyway.  Recorded message offered to reduce my credit card interest rate; said to press #1.  I pressed #1, was immediately connected to a woman with a very thick foreign accent who told me she would lower my interest rate.  I told her I don't have any credit cards (a lie!) and she immediately disconnected the call.  This has happened at our home several times in the last couple months.  Obviously some kind of SCAM, and people need to BEWARE!!

Same message as other have reported re lowering credit card interest rates.  I hung up.

Just got a call from same # as above trying to get my credit card number.  She kept asking for my security code...meaning my credit card #.  She actually put her supervisor on and he was telling me he knew my first 4 #'s were.... .  I know afer working at a bank that all visa's start with a 4....anyway, hung up with them but they were very persistent!

Called early on Saturday, did not leave a message. I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST. I do not need any help with credit cards.

I received a call from this number today.  My answering machine was on and no message was left.

They wanted to reduce my interest rate on my visa, I don't have a visa card with BOA. Hey I don't have a visa at all. Crooks running loose again.

cc rate scam.  Ignore it.

They keep on calling but refused to unlist my number!!!!

Called my CELL phone talking about lowering the interest rates on MY credit card, I DON'T EVEN HAVE A CREDIT CARD!!! I choose #1 and when the lady answers I tell her to remove me and of course she just hangs up as usual. There is also no way to call her back either...
I am on the Do Not Call List and yet these SCAMMERS are still calling!

PS: please add a SCAM option to your type of call list. I choose unknown because SCAM was not an option..

This is a scam! The caller will push and push until they get your credit card numbers.  Black the call.

Just got a call to please stay on the line and talk to someone about lowering my interest rates or removing my number.

A recorded message: Please don't hang up, this is an important message from Visa & Mastercard.  Press 2 to speak with a representative.  I did,  the line rang 5 times and then instead of answering, the call was disconnected,  I am on the do not call list.  I try to talk with the reps always to get the company name.. But they must see I'm on the DNC list and hang up.

Hate these bogus calls.  No one there and no one to call back.  They should be outlawed.

Called at 11:55am on 2/13/2013. Didn't pick, so it went straight to voicemail. No message was left.
