These jerks keep calling and acting as if my Credit Card has been used without my permission. When I asked to be removed from their call list they step up the calling!!!

Wanted to lower interest rates to a credit card I don't have. He asked what card I do have and I responded it was none of his business to which he hung up. He would not answer my question to whom they were calling for and from what company they represented. Thick Indian accent.

I also got the call about lowering rates on a credit card that I don't have. I pressed "1" for a live person, and the thick Indian accent answered. I told him to remove my number from his list, that we are on the National Do Not Call Registry. He promptly hung up without acknowledging. I'm reporting the number to the National Do Not Call Registry. If you get called, PLEASE do the same.

Calling us several times at dinner time. never answer this call.

got a call from this at 4AM (HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE!) I pressed 1 so I could talk to someone to get their information to report them.  was on hold for 13 minutes and gave up. googled the number and came up with this site.

Got a phone call from this number at 3:37 am. When we answered, there was no one there so we hung up. We are reporting the number to the do no call registry and to the States Attorney General.

Got a call from them 3:39 this morning....when I picked up there was no one there.  How completely out of line is that to be calling people in the middle of the night!

FURIOUS AT BEING AWAKENED AT 3:56 AM EST BY A ROBOT-CALLER THAT OFFERED TO LOWER MY INTEREST RATE!!

Called me at 2:14AM.  Answering machine picked up before I could get it...message said to press 1 to reduce my interest rate and 2 to stop receiving calls.  Very inappropriate to call at that time!

Got the call at 5 AM. I am absolutely furious!!  They left a message about credit card rates.  I have reported it to the National Do Not Call Registry.

They did it again, this time the ID said "CARD SERVICES". Everybody affected: call and write your Congressman until they respond or refer it to the FTC.  And call email FTC yourself!!

Called after requesting number removed from their call list.  Claimed affiliation with ABN AMRO (they were taken over 2 years ago) said affiliated with FDIC.  Very reluctant to give address - 2600 West Beaver Road, Troy MI 48084.  Reported to Do Not Call

Stated they could reduce credit card debt. local news station just had story on exact story. these companies will call those on do not call list as late as 5 in the morning. just hang up call.

Called at noon on a Saturday, my first day off in several weeks.  Sounded like a real person, named Heather, but after half a minute I realized it was a recording, from "Card Services" claiming they could lower my interest rate.  I currently have one credit card (rest are debits or charge cards) that has zero percent interest for the next year.  Are they going to give me a negative interest rate?!!!

PLEASE MAKE THEM STOP BECAUSE THEY KEEP CALLING ME AND I DO NOT EVEN HAVE TIME TO WHIP MY [***] BEFORE THEY CALL ME AGAIN AND THEY WILL NOT STOP EVEN AFTER I HAVE BEGGED THEM TO STOP AND I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL REGISTER AND I ALSO OFFERED THEM 20 BUCKS TO STOP CALLING ----BUT   NO ---THEY KEEP CALLING --I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO OH WHAT TO DO ---H E L P

Called at 3:53pm 6/9/2009. Pressed 1, no one answered. Reported to FTC.

I also received the call more than once. Automated says to press 1 to speak to love person. Person with an Indian accent answered. He said he was calling from VISA and MC card services. He wanted to know what the balance was on my card. When I asked him what card he calling in reference to he never answered. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he hung up. I'm so over this!

Amazingly, I called the credit card fraud division and they can't  do  anything to stop these people. They suggested that I call the police, which I did and  was told it is  not  illegal for some to ask you for information. It's what they do with that information which is illegal. It amazes me that credit card companies can stay in business when these scumbags call enough people, they will eventually get information. This woman  with the Indian accent called me back when I gave her bogus  info. So I just kept saying to her, I don't understand. Please repeat. I'm sorry, say that louder.
I figure if  I waste 5 minuetes of her time,  that's 5 minutes less time for her to rip someone off.
