    403-310-2255 number has called my cell 3 times today! the last time it only rang once and i missed it even though i tried to answer to find out who was calling so much. when i called back the automated message says it is unavailable. come to think of it i gave telus my cell num just the other day...

    Yeah, this is from telus phoneservice provider. I've gotten it twice today but I have no clue why they are calling.

    One day I got 9 calls from this number, ONE DAY!!!! I am now tracing the calls and will proceed with harrassment charges. !10 calls a day every day is out of control.  AND IT IS A TELUS NUMBER!!!!! Bravo Telus, intelligent marketing once again!!!!! (sarcasm)

    I got a call from this number for the past 2 days,  Its a funny thing tho.  4 months ago i told them put me on the do not call list, they gave me some crap about it take 31 days to get rid of my phone number.  And now they call me every day and on my fax as well, sounds like telus is having problems keeping people to stay with them.  When i told them i had my number on the dncl for the last two months, and asked why they ignored it, they starting giving me a attitude stating they can call me if i have inquired about their serivces for the past 18 months.  Funny thing is I have never and will never deal with telus, they are nothing but bull *******. Everytime they call I am putting in two reports to the dncl, It gonna cost them alot of money to keep calling me.  And their machine is a bunch of crap, when u call this number it says to have your telus account ready, who are they kidding they just want to get people on the phone to tell them about their services,  Telus can go to hell.

    Telus is calling multiple times per day, everyday.  They never leave a message.  Because of their constant harrasment, I think I will move my phone service to Shaw.

    After ignoring calls for weeks from this number I finally picked up. It was a telus sales rep trying to sell me the telus satellite tv sevice. I told him I would call telus if I wanted to order this service. He replied that I must tell him when he can call back because he was the one who told me about the service.(I'm assuming he works on commission) At this point I got annoyed and told him I would be making a complaint about his attitude and attempt at high pressure sales. I looked in the phone book and the complaints line is the same one that this fellow called from! I called anyway and another rep told me he couldn't handle my complaint because it was about someone in his dept. He gave me the web address and a phone number to call. No one is available at the phone until after the long weekend and the web address telus.fraud.management isn't valid. I guess I'll cool my heels until Tuesday.

    For the last 3 days i kept getting calls from 403-310-2255 (with no one on the other end of the line when i answered) so i looked it up on google and found (here) it was Telus. I called 310-2255 and after a bunch of automated BS i spoke to someone and advised them of the situation and how disruptive it was and the girl said she would put me on the 'do not call' list but it would take up to two weeks. I asked her if I had to suffer through these calls for another two weeks then and she said yes. I said no, I won't have it take that long so she provided me with 1-800-567-0000 to have it put on the 'do not call' list sooner (she also provided 310-1000 if the 1-800 didn't work). SO i called and the lady there that took my call (after a couple of automated msgs) said it would have actually taken 31 days (as said in a comment above) but the best she can do is 2 business days. So hopefully it won't be too bad over the weekend and after Wednesday no more Telus BS!! Wish me luck...

    This number called me, and as i was possibly thinking about getting the satellite tv I told him that I would have to talk to my spouse about it, as I am not the only one who pays the bill.  He stopped me and said "I am sorry ma'am, but I do not understand why you have to talk to your spouse about this... i am saving you money..."  I replied with a very snarky "My relationship is NONE of your business, and you CANNOT tell me what I should and shouldn't do... you are making me spend more money to save money.. so no. and don't call back ever"


    they call at least once a week... i got 5 calls in one day last week.  What part of "take my number off of your call list" did you not understand?

    I have received regular calls from this number and they never leave a message but they are costing me incoming charges....how do I stop them?

    I get calls from this # all the time too. It used to make me SO mad. Sometimes nothing, sometimes heavy breathing, sometimes quiet chatter?!?!! Wtf IS that?! It must be VERY lazy call center workers or something. Makes their bosses think they made calls when they didn't actually do any work. They gotta make a call quota for the day, but they spend 1/2 the day yakking with the idiot beside them instead. Call and annoy people at dinner and then just breathe. Good job guys!! You're a bunch of winners.

    We just got our phone hooked up this week. We haven't even given our number to our parents or anyone, and have just started getting calls from this number.... Lame
