This guy tried to walk us through something to stop our personal information from being leaked. Since my boyfriend is computer science, we smelled a rat right away. Then he said he would call the police on us. What a loser!

Arrived home and saw 403-441-2024 on my call display

Tried calling the number dials then drops to dialtone, unable to call.

Missed a call from this number on my cell, tried to call back twice and it dropped to a dialtone.

They called back again, was a tele-survey from The Co-operator's Insurance.

These people keep calling both of my home landlines.  The first time they insisted that it had something to do with my computer calling on behalf of windows..... he suggested that I go to my computer and do somethings... I quickly explained I wasn't comfortable and didn't want to continue.  He was very rude, I eventually hung up.   But now they (sounds like the same guy every time)  call every few days.  I have asked him to stop calling, take me off their list and so on.  The guy just gets mad and rude and argues with me.  I am calling my phone company today to see what can be done.

got my first call tonight from 403-441-2024.  A mexican sounding lady asked for me; I asked who she was; could not make out what she said; asked her again this time it was audible.  She asked again to speak to me and I asked "what for" - she hung up.  That really gets my knickers in a twist!  Called the number back and got a dial tone.

They called me too...They knew my name, well my Facebook name so I assume they getting peoples info from facebook... I took my info off my profile now and thank god my cell has a block numbers option.... I keep telling people STOP ADDING PEOPLE ON FACEBOOK YOU DONT KNOW....SHESH

Number just called and a lady said she was from the Redemption Center.  I'm getting $100 free Petro gas card and 2 free airline tickets.  Listened for a few minutes and then asked to be taken off their list.  Hopefully that works.

403-441-2024 called me at 6:15am.  Hung up when I answered phone.  Call back was dropped to dial tone.

Female, who barely speaks English, wanted me to turn on my computer and discuss doing various things with it.  I recalled receiving a telephone call from this same telephone number but from a male whom barely spoke English.

Short story, told female never to call me again!

Approximately one hour later this same telephone number appeared on my call display.  I did not answer call.

Very annoying this people!  Responsible telephone provider should be doing something about these people

i hope you didnt give any personal information to them. youve been duped!!! they are not from the co operators. well i guess you are the sucker they were calling for.

Yeah, I got the same kind of explanation, I told her at least 5 times that I was not interested, asked to be taken off their list, then she hung up on me! Rude!

Called saying that they are getting an error message regarding moden 78.9 for Windows. Also stated that their Windows customers are important to them. When I told him I didn't use Windows and was on a Mac, he insisted that this Windows virus would cause a problem - I told him not to call again and hung up.

Told me my windows computer was being corrupted and I listened for sometime but when I explained that my windows machine was not a windows machine he got cranky. Then he called me again on my other line. India accent and a it started w a pause and a click.

Got called this morning and when I called back just got a dial tone

The# called but I didn't answer as I don't answer those calls not displaying name

the same thing happened to me!

Indian accent. Tried to tell me he was from Windows and were receiving error messages from my computer. Told him: ' I don't think so' and hung up. Didn't give him a chance to be rude. Dumba$$!

Said he was calling from Microsoft, Long Beach, CA.  Indian accent.  Obvious fraud.

Just hang up.
