I got a call through this number. No message left.

I NEVER answer a number i don't know, but i've been getting a lot of calls that come from numbers that are on similar sites as this. Don't know if it's just random dialing or not. I don't give any of my personal info to anyone so I don't know how they would get my number.

won't vote for politicians that are as annoying as telemarketers. stop bothering me with your auto-dial-hang-up-before-i-get-to-the-phone-privacy-invading-sleep-interrupting-on-my-dime phone calls

Thanks for the smile.  I like your sense of humor/irony.  The repeated hang-up calls with no I.D. were increasing my blood pressure.  In my attempt to "solve the mystery" I came across your post.  Mystery solved (thanks for the info). Your humorous comment and <evil grin> put me back in a happy place.

What makes any politition think he/she will gain any votes by annoying people with hang up calls or even leaving a message on my answering machine.
When did you ever see ang legislation passed by having a machine leave a message or hanging up on you when you answer.
I will never even concider voting for Raj Sherman or any other politition who uses such lame method to proove they are not worth the time it takes to delete their message without listening to it.

I have spoken three or four times now to the person on the other end to remove my phone number from their sales soliciting list.  Do they not understand English???!!!  The blankety *stupid%% !!! Idiots ** & ____***!  Get out of my life before I destroy you!!! Do not call me ever again!!!!!

Shaw, Bell, Telus, Charities now Politician calling ..... people's homes are their sanctuary or, place of privacy, a reprive from the world.  Have some respect please!  Do not use the residential homes to campaign. There are plenty of other means to do your promotions. People are bombarded today and I believe fed up with callers (other than from family, relatives, or friends) calling during supper on Sundays, early in the mornings on weekends ... enough!  Where is respect for privacy for each other fellow being for it a case of the callers, strangers, being "me", "me", "me" first in peoples lives.  Who give you the right to jump into our bedrooms? Live life mindfully and respectfully of fellow beings.

It was a recording of some type......didnt wait long enough to listen to ANY of it......said hello.......and noting...as a lot of recorded messages dont trigger until you say the second hello.

I answered your voice mail message and hung up immediately after hearing your name. I find this an extremely offensive way of political campaining by invading a household's privacy with your robo-machinery. I can't even call you back on the displayed number, getting a message that the number doesn't exist. The hackers you use are very proficient. With our household policy regarding privacy, I can assure you, no matter who you think you are, we would never consider you for any political aspirations. As far as politics are concerned, I & my family are Real Canadians, namely true Conservatives believing in freedoms of business, responsible economic management, with governments that act like they're managing a successful corporation. Our society doesn't need bleeding-hearts liberals catering to the incompetants and the irresponsibles hoping for free hand-out at the expense of the responsible tax-paying working Conservatives. Liberals are a hic-cup to the right of socialists who are communists in disguise. We don't need ideas of Vladimir Lenin's NEP (New Economic Policy). Raj, perhaps you should aproach Putin or Medvedyev and offer your services.

I have called their legislature office to be removed.  Makes me want to vote for the other guy.  This is the second time that I have asked to be removed but they keep calling.

Did anyone get a call from this number last night (Aug 29)...leaving a message INSTRUCTING you to vote for only Raj? What is that about?
