Just read on another blog: Do not give out any info or press any buttons. They are scamming to get information. They can trace you by your responses. Check credit reports often and report this to FCC!!!!!!!!!!!!

Has called several times in the past couple weeks during the day. I turn my auto answer off when leaving for work as anyone who needs to get me has my cell #.  Have reported number to Do Not Call & FCC.

This isn't the first time I got this call claiming to be about a local carpet cleaning service in my area offering me a special. This time, it claimed I should press "8" to be removed from their list. In the past, I think it was a different number, but whatever it was, I've always opted to press it. Either that or I wait for a human to answer so that I may ask for their company information. I've never gotten a human. I'm filing a complaint at http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm

Annoying people - call twice a month - when you stay on and ask them to remove your number they hang up.

These guys call at least once a month.  I am on the Do not call registry.  I am beginning that the DNC registry is nothing but a toothless joke, because I see so many others with the same complaint.

The company is a ruse for other companies. There is no carpet cleaning service only to appear as such.  Credit Card companies, Credit Agencies, Marketing Companies and COLLECTION AGENCIES; utilize to see if they have a live number.  A phone number that someone answers.  This false 'carpet cleaning' company that does not exist, then reports back to them that a person picked up, or an individual pushed buttons to be removed from their marketing list.  However, NO ONE has ever been able to get their carpets cleaned because there is no such company. When you answer it's a machine. When you call the number back, you never get a live person.  The 'carpet cleaning' company logs the number it called and whether the phone dialed answered, an answering machine answered, busy, disconnected, etc.  THIS tips your hand so these companies know to keep trying because they have a correct number somebody is answering.

The recorded message says it's a carpet cleaning company.  Pressing 3 to be removed from their call list -  as their recorded message instructs - only gets another recorded message saying, invalid entry.

When I pressed 1 to speak with a rep. (after having to listen to the whole recording again) my request to be removed ended in them hanging up.

I am on the Do no call list. This is a carpet cleaning company calling over and over.

Send complaints to PAETEC. Ask to be removed from caller's list, and that caller comply with the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule if your number is on the federal Do Not Call registry.

every time i press the option to be taken off the list, it says this is not a valid option! twice i connected to one of the operators and when i ask them to take me off the list they slam the phone down on me.

This is a call that should be blocked by the do not call list. But they are calling anyway.

I received a call today and I am on the do not call list for years.
How annoying.
Anyway, when I answered there was no one there. I kept saying hello, hello...
My caller ID showed the number 404-335-7149 and Atlanta GA.

This carpet cleaning company calls every week. When I pressed "3" or "9" to have my name removed from the list (it constantly changes), a messages comes on that I have pressed an inappropriate key, and then the spiel starts all over again. When I press "1" to speak to a representative and ask them to please stop calling us & that my husband is infirmed, the caller either yells in my ear or slams the phone down. I have to use *69 to get their number. I've filed a complain with the Do Not Call Registry. Being on the do-not-call list as been wonderful - no more calls, except for a couple of these agressive-harassing pests. I'm grateful we have a website as "Who Calls Me" to share info. Thanks.

Call w/no message. Returned call. No name. Only option is push #1 if you are not a customer. Already had him blocked, but somehow it got through.

I've gotten calls from these people from 404-335-7149 on March 4th, 2009 @ 12:10 PM MST, March 30th, 2009 @ 4:15 PM PST, & Apr 10th, 2009 @ 1:40 PM PST.

Every time I try to hit the option to have them remove my phone number it's "8" btw not "9" as the recording says, nothing happens and I just get another call.  And if I try to speak to a rep to get info from them on who they are why they are calling me they just h/u on me.

I don't know how they got my number, but I've been on the DNC for 2 years so they shouldn't be calling me in the fist place.

Caller Type: Telemarketer

The company claims to be Delux Cleaners.
When given option 2 to have them stop calling, it says this option is not functioning. When transferred to a representative they cuss at me before I am able to discuss anything. I have a new baby and it is not easy to get up and down to answer unwanted phone calls especially during nap time.

The old number they used was 978-570-2296 the laws should enforce this alot harder then they are now!!!
